The cracker-crust pizza is great when you are craving it and unique to anything in Eugene/Springfield. But the old Karen customers ruin the atmosphere and are somewhat constantly attracted to West 11th Papa's Pizza. It is like that location attracts the most insane old people who ritualistically are always there and complaining at the staff (yet still return every time) when you happen to come and order.

DEAD FLY'S AND LARVA FOUND ON PIZZA 🤢
I just picked up a $40 pizza for lunch on my way to work. I ate 3 slices before I noticed 2 dead flies and larva on my pizza. I called them to see if we could make this right, as I am stuck at work for 10 more hours with no food now. The lady on the phone was super nice and willing to deliver a new pizza to my work. She then put me on hold until the manager answered. He was very rude and started calling me a liar. I told him I have it right in front of me, a dead fly maggot larva covered pizza. I asked if there was a way we can make this right, whether its refund me my money or deliver me a non larva covered pizza - to which he told me no. He swears up and down they didnt put flies or larva in there, which is besides the point. I respectfully asked for a refund or new pizza since I now have NO LUNCH and instead got called a liar and was told theres nothing they can do about it.
Congratulations papas pizza, youve lost a lifelong customer thats been going there since I was a small child. Absolutely terrible customer service.

IF YOU LIKE FLIES AND LARVA AS PIZZA TOPPINGS, THIS PLACE IS FOR YOU!! Horrible customer service. Apparently flies and larva on top of a freshly delivered pizza is the customers fault. The manager is extremely rude. The female worker who originally answered the phone was very pleasant though. Denied that it could even be their fault. Refused to make it right by delivering a new pizza or even giving a refund.

Ordered a delivery. Cooked well. Asked to be called so I could go out side to meet and not have the door bell rang as it would create havoc with the dogs. No call, door bell used. I got the wrong pizza delivered. Called and had to wait awhile for delivery to come back to deliver the correct one. I spoke with the manager he had the driver come back. The pizza was not cooked well. It should had, had a crispy crust. The pizza and service has gotten so bad on W. 11th. The manager did not offer a discount or any kind of correction due to knowing it was late and apparently it was not checked to ensure the cooking was done as requested. $40 is not a drop in the bucket. We work hard and to spend that much was a special expense. Maybe managers need to be looked at for what they are doing.
