Absolutely superb barbecue. You can't get any better even in Memphis Tennessee. It's simply delectable. No matter what you ordered you're gonna order right. The only thing I can say is I don't love the sides. I love the pickles and I love the bread, but I don't love the sides. Fortunately, those come with each order. Enjoy!

Photo is not what you’re served the barbecue. There was none of that. The smoked flavor in the tri-tip was OK. The chicken wings were dried too salty. The Cajun fries were burnt. I would not recommend this to anybody ever.

Paper Plate BBQ is such good food that we forgot to take photos and dove right in. We had the brined turkey half order, coleslaw, and bbq beans. The Turkey was tender with lots of great smoke flavor. The coleslaw was spot on. The bbq beans was a good pairing with the meat. The beans do come with cheese so ask to remove this for a dairy free option. The cornbread comes with a healthy amount of butter. The chef was very friendly and cool and was helpful navigating the menu.

First time at Paper Plate BBQ. I wanted some brisket. Ordered a half pound to go. Staff was ok, not great... I found them a bit less than friendly, or so it seemed.
Brisket was ok... it was very fatty, not well trimmed prior to the cook. I like fatty moist brisket, but for the price... a better trim, more meat... would have been nice (see attached photo)
It did have a nice smokey flavor... and I might eat there again.

We decided this Thanksgiving to have Paper Plate BBQ deal with the bird. Best Turkey we have had yet! We did 3lbs of breast, 4 legs, 4 thighs and 4 of their ham sausage links. BBQ so damn good makes you want to slap your mama! Highly recommended!

Food is great, but I’m not a fan of the menu. You can order a sandwich, or à la carte meat starting at a half pound and à la cart sides. As someone who doesn’t eat bread and who wouldn’t mind meat with something else in a quantity of less than a half pound for a price of less than $20, this place unfortunately doesn’t have it.

My daughter and I were talking about how hungry we were and the smell of smoked meat flew at us like a in the cartoons. When we popped up at the window we were told they only had pork belly sandwiches left. As if that would be a problem. Food came in about 5 minutes and the line was served quickly. The food itself was amazing. Meat falls apart as you bite it. Bread lightly toasted and buttered. Even the pickles tasted like they were picked to compliment the dish. I'll be returning soon.

I dont know about yall but this was the best bbq ive had in town. I usually make my own smoked meats but was delivering wine next door and stopped in and the owner Isaiah was friendly, knowledgeable and just a genuine person which isnt as common as it use to be. The pork belly taco was bussin! The coffee was incredible its pacori coffee so didnt expect anything less. The sauces were extremly good and HOMEADE! The brisket is juicy, tender and reminded me of when i went to texas. Off the charts customer service and i highly recommend you try this place its easily the best in town for bbq. Good luck man and thanks for the great food and conversation!
