The food is always delicious but what I really appreciate is the customer service. I am thinking of a specific worker there who is always on his game when he provides service, especially overthe phone but hes also very friendly in person. Unfortunately I do not know his name but you would recognize him by his friendly greeting of "hi friend" in the twang of a beautiful customer service voice that is sometimes hard to bring forth if you've ever worked in the industry....
Slice of Pepperoni. Pegasus uses larger slices of pepperoni. Good pepperoni coverage over the cheese. Good cheese. They are not here to reinvent the slice, just serve a delicious pie. Some other local Eugene Creative Types should learn a thing or two here. I was the only one there. Good service good pizza good job. Easy to go slack when things are that slow.
