Plateau Forest Products hosted a pre-game Oregon Duck tailgating party and had it catered by Philyaw's Cookout & Catering. The whole process was seamless, very professional and the food was out of this world! Diehard BBQ fans were blown away by the taste and quality of the meat and sides. Our first contact with someone on the phone seemed very promising. After sending two emails and leaving messages I think I have to assume that our 50th anniversary event with 150 gusts, we do not meet their standards. I guess we'll never know if they are any good or not.

Philyaws catered our wedding last week and I cannot say enough about how delicious this food was. The appetizers were phenomenal, the brisket is so good it is all anyone could talk about! Beautiful salads, mac’n cheese, every single thing was delicious.

I am up on a deployment for an EMS standby and hands down this is some of the best food I have ever had! The food is phenomenal and the people are the friendliest around! Definitely recommend them for any event and heart felt service!
