The driver left the pizza on the mailbox next to the trash at our apartment complex and when I texted him he didn't respond or call me. When I found out where he left it, it wasn't there, he either stole it or someone else did. So I never got the pizza and doordash said there was nothing they could do. Disappointed all around and out $25 for nothing.

I had chicken parm tenders & fries. They didn't bother to pour the sauce on the chicken plus there was so little of it. The chicken was dry & flavorless. Plus I was lucky if I had 10 fries with my meal. Wasn't worth the high price at all. I used to love this chain, I'm old enough to remember when pizzahut prized quality in their food.

In the past we've been fairly pleased with experiences at this store. However, on 8/19/2024 it was a different story. See below complaint sent to Pizza Hut customer service on 8/20. They responded with a coupon code for a free anything pizza. The message said it would expire in 30 days. I tried to use it on Sep. 19, 29 days later, and it did not work. Original message (edited down a bit): Rotten experience on the web site. 4 tries to get order added in cart. Tried Firefox, then Chrome, finally went in FF. Our usual, a large pan pizza with extra cheese, extra sauce, extra sausage, extra pepperoni and extra black olives. I did not get my money's worth for the extras. The only extra amounts I could detect were the pepperoni and sauce. No extra sausage or black olives and probably very little extra cheese. There were huge bare crust margins around the whole pie. I waited 5-6 minutes when picking this up, even though it was ready and waiting, because no cash register was free to verify pizza was already paid for. My pizza sat on the counter getting cold while another customer placed a long complicated order at the only working register. All in all, a very disappointing experience.
