Love Pizza Hut pizza. From out of town so Google got me to this one. No cars in parking lot, think the place was open but Very questionable location. Just left. FYI: use your own judgment.

I placed a order and they forgot my bacon bread sticks and cheesy fettuccini Alfredo, they do door dashers which the door dashers are sweet kind, pizza hut said the fee would be waived but then tried to charge me $6.48 when the door dasher came I didn't pay they said they would fix it which they did, but they messed up my order and gave me cheesey chicken fettuccini Alfredo after this point they choose what I eat so I ate it and the chicken tasted gross which made me sick, I just wanted a happy pizza night as we can't always afford cause I'm not rich but we got a disaster.. wish it was a better experience so I could give 5 star rating.

Pre ordered pizza at 4pm to be ready at 6pm. Here we are 1.5 hours late and counting. Store won’t answer their phone and just keep hanging up on me so I can cancel my order that is already paid for.
What a joke. Management needs to get their act together.

Normally get good pizza from them they now deliver through door dash and its been trash. I ordered again trying to give another chance been waiting for 45 minutes it shows he's on the way now from where ever he dropped someone's food off at. I guarentee im about to get served 2 cold peices of crap. Wish I could take the tip back seriously. Never again. Hire drivers again door dash and Uber suck. Update pizza looked ok and was barely warm

They confirmed my delivery order, then closed the store. I never received anything, but they did take my points.
They confirmed my delivery order, then closed the store. I never received anything, but they did take my points.
So I tried to redeem my points by ordering a free pizza on the app. Got all the way to the end, hit "place order" & got a pop up saying "something went wrong." I kept trying but same thing happened every time.
I just happened to lose my wallet so I literally had no $ or cards to pay for anything. My son & I wanted dinner so i figured I'd use my points to order a pizza. When it wouldn't let me, I was pretty upset.
Contacted customer service thru the online chat & the agent could not grasp what my actual issue was. They kept saying ithey'd help me submit a request for a refund when I kept telling them I couldn't place an order so I wasn't asking for a refund! Eventually I got frustrated & gave up.
Then I called the customer service hotline. They took my info & said someone would contact me in the next 3 days. I wanted them to help me find a way to order a pizza using my points right then, not 3 days later. They're my points, I spent the $ & earned them, I should be able to use them whenever I want. Since fault was with their app, not on me, I asked if I could get a credit for a pizza or at least a discount or something so I could order it that day.. they refused to offer any kind of resolution or make the situation right. All they'd do was say someone would contact me within 3 days to help resolve my problem.
Absolutely ridiculous! Apparently customer loyalty means nothing to corporate anymore & "the customer is always right" is no longer a motto for these multi million dollar businesses. What's 1 free pizza to them, really?
So after hanging up even more frustrated than before, I happened to check my order history & realized that evidently an order had been placed using my points earlier. I had no idea it went thru, since I got an error message that said "something went wrong".. By the time I figured this out, it had been several hours since the order was placed. We were still hungry, so we decided to go pick it up anyway.
We got to the River Rd Pizza Hut expecting an old, lukewarm pizza sitting under a heat lamp, which is exactly what was waiting for us.. BUT..
The guy at the counter realized how long it had been sitting there & immediately insisted on making us a whole new pizza right then. He was so nice & kind & we didn't even have to ask or explain why we were so late picking it up. I was so relieved & grateful that we were gonna get dinner after all & it wouldn't be a cold 3 hour old pizza!
I just can't believe that the one who gave me good customer service & was willing to help me at all was the hourly employee at the counter, who probably only makes minimum wage. He wasn't even at fault for anything, but was the only one willing to make it right!
The 2 times I contacted "customer service" I received no help, no empathy, no effort was made to compromise, they never offered any sort of accomodation or resolution, heck - the 1st person I talked to wasn't even listening to me when I explained (several times) what the problem was! Smh
These huge corporations that make billions in profit each year need to realize how LUCKY they are to have good hourly employees who treat their customers right. They're the ONLY reason customers come back.
Cuz let me tell u, if it weren't for the excellent experience I had with the store employee at the River Rd location, I would NEVER give my business to Pizza Hut again.
The worst part is, the ones who benefit from the millions these companies make aren't the ones who deserve it. The CEOs, corporate office employees, etc. are paid ridiculously high salaries, given huge bonuses, get regular raises, generous paid vacations, the best benefits packages, all the perks, etc. Yet they're so greedy, their hourly employees who actually work with the customers are paid minimum wage or close to it, get s

Ordered pizza, when we picked it up, got it home, opened the box…. It looked horrible.. tried to pick up a piece.. not even sliced! It was under cooked, and the toppings were sparse.. that’s a NO for a Pizza Hut pizza for us.

Ordered 2 pizzas 7/1/2024 at 8:30. 1 looked great, but once I opened the other one, it looked like this. If you look closely, one of the pieces towards the bottom looks like it got a bite taken out of it? Tried to call, nobody picked up.

Saturday 5/25/24Went to River Road pizza hut to order 3 large 3 topping pizzas as advertised on their website. We were informed that to get that deal you had to order 2 of this and 2 of that and then you could only get 2 pizzas. False advertisement or deceiving advertisement either way this should not be on the website if Pizza Hut isn't going to honor what is posted on their website. Needless to say we will not be frequenting them again.
