Trust the reviews. Kids working at register have no understanding of customer service. You’re not acknowledged and they’re too busy talking amongst each other to concentrate on the job. When you’re paying $4 dollars for water down drip coffee customer service should be the main priority.
Young woman employee making coffee did not wash her hands after taking out the garbage and changing the garbage bag. Young man employee not wash his hands after handling cash and wiping his nose (no tissue) before making coffee and delivering food to tables.

If you serve hot breakfast on a skillet with a fork, at a table, you’re not a coffee shop anymore. You’re a breakfast restaurant. It’s as if someone was forced to open a restaurant but really didn’t want to and did the absolute minimum required. It’s a self serve restaurant that asks for tips. Want a glass of water? You’ll have to get up and get it yourself. Coffee? Stand in line. It’s as if-if you asked them why there was such poor service they’d explain that they’re really just a coffee bar that reluctantly agreed to sell breakfast as well but really doesn’t want to. Two stars because the breakfast food is not bad. If this place committed to being a breakfast restaurant with the two annoyed looking girls behind the bar being actual waitresses that walked around to tables with a pot of coffee in hand, it could be a nice spot.

Avocado toast was extremely oily, couldn’t finish it. Breakfast sandwich was alright. Not worth the price although we had a discount for staying at the hotel. Service was very slow.

The service was so ridiculously slow that after standing in line for 10 minutes, the staff had only assisted two customers. I took my business elsewhere.

I ate breakfast (eggs, toast, hashbrowns, bacon, oatmeal, coffee) there 3 days straight while staying at the Graduate hotel and found the service to be good, the food to be good (though small oatmeal size), and the espresso was excellent. Plus it opens at 6 am every day which is critical for me, coming from the east coast and waking early. I highly recommend it!
Convenient place to grab a cup of joe if you are staying at The Graduate but this place is no destination. We ordered drip coffee and it was a thousand degrees. The lid on my wife’s coffee didn’t fit right so we had to pour most of it out before driving off. Ordered a muffin which was average.

The staff are incredibly friendly. They are fast paced, but still make the experience very pleasant. The coffee is tasty and they know how to steam milk well.
avocado toast, Kombucha, smoothies
