I've ordered papusas from here a few times, and it's one of my favorite places for a cheap lunch in downtown Eugene. The man who runs this food truck is so incredibly nice. For $9 you can get two chicken papusas, a delicious tangy mix of onions cabbage and carrots, sour cream, and flavorful salsa. He makes the papusas fresh, so if you don't have 10 minutes to wait, I would call in your order ahead of time.

The only thing that some people might not like...
These are the tastiest pupusas we've found in Eugene. Some others are too dry. We have also enjoyed conversation with the cook and his willingness to improvise to meet our needs and desires. While there is nearby traffic, the outside eating area is covered and protected by plants which make it quieter and provide a sense of privacy. We have frequently ordered pupusas here, sometimes dining in and sometimes taking out. We have not tried other options on the menu.
