I think that it’s ludicrous that this place closes early on game day and they didn’t have kosher meat left. Waist and energy and is below mid. Thanks for nothing for nothing and also got charged full price for a veggie bowl

I wanted to buy my partner lunch to make a bad day better. Qdoba didn't include cutlery in our to go bowl/salad. Yes I should have checked but is it really unfair to assume that forks would be included for something you can't eat with your hands? Luckily Dos Hermanos gave us some forks. Also the salad was terrible, literally like 4 pieces of lettuce, just a soggy mess of dressing and toppings. Don't buy Qdoba, Dos Hermanos rules! Won't be buying from here ever again. Worst $30 I ever spent in Eugene

Had an order to pick up that got lost in the shuffle. The two workers behind the counter found the ticket and made my order super fast with zero hassle! Food was great, would recommend!

Love stopping here. Staff is always considerate- extra shout out to Maria Li! Appreciated that she double check the meal was vegetarian, and even offered extra beans for no charge- in the middle of a loooong day, that little bit of kindness meant a lot!

Bruh this place says it’s open until 3, it is a Friday night at 11 and it is closed. Annoying as hell
Fast service, communicative, food wasn’t as good as expected but it was still decent. I guess it just depends on how it’s put together. The burrito bowl was filled up 50-60%, kinda expected more food in there.

I have been to many, many Qdoba locations over the years. I typically love the food and service, however this location is horrible. I cannot for the life of me recommend anyone eat here. The service and ingredients are mid at best.. I showed up at 10AM and they refused to make fresh eggs because breakfast was to be stopped at 11.... an entire hour away, when I had asked for a breakfast burrito they had said no, claiming it was too close to the end of serving breakfast. AND on top of that they were very rude about it, and crass during the entire time... I will NOT ever be returning to this location and I recommend anyone looking for a good meal go anywhere else but here. Awful service and quite rude.
ingredients also needed to be changed out/topped up. when I did get a burrito the ingredients were far below what I'd expect from a Qdoba location...
I can only imagine what the walk-in looks like..

Terrible food. I’m not sure if it was just a bad day for them, but the food was not good at all and they only filled the bowl halfway. I asked for lettuce got ignored and didn’t get any. Chicken was cold. Salsa’s were very watery that my whole bowl was just soaked. I took two bites and threw it away. So disappointed.

The lady behind the counter was very crass. The quality of the food was nothing worthy of writing home to grandma, unless I was writing to complain. I'm not a finicky eater so often I enjoy adding lots of ingredients to a meal, but that's not what I should have done at Qdoba. The veggies in the hot tray (assorted bell peppers) weren't sliced with the size of the tortilla in mind. They were sliced length-wise the way you might expect to see at a Mongolian grill. This caused my burrito to immediately fall apart after the first bite. I was starving so I still ate it but this place has now been erased from the mental map of eateries I go to

We visit Qdoba every few weeks thanks to good flavors and value for the dollar. We always get our order to go as the seating area is consistently unclean. However, the food prep areas (that we can see) are reasonably clean. Portion size is usually very good, but it really does depend greatly on who us preparing the order. At least a couple of times we've actually gone elsewhere when we saw a certain employee preparing orders as their finished product is literally 1/3 the size of usual orders, and once the tortilla got so torn up when they rolled the burrito, it effectively made the meal a "bowl in foil" that had to be eaten with a fork. As long as that one employee isn't making orders, everything is fine.

i must say, i had the most exquisite experience here at the qdoba in eugene. the food was a 10/10. The customer service was beyond perfect. i have never been here before, but man, i will be 100000% returning again. Great atmosphere, cheap prices, and high quality delicious food. the employees blew my mind with their kindness and quick paced working skills. i got exactly what i asked for very quickly and it was perfect.

Got a steak quesadilla and a side of guacamole. The quesadilla was good but the side of guac consisted of half of an unripe avocado with half of the pit still in it covered in mashed avocado. Disappointed.
