April is an incredible server. Very attentive, never slow, always pleasant! Thank you thank you. We need more like her. The food was so so as the broccoli was not done and the salmon was OK. But the service was outstanding. Thank you

I probably haven’t been to a Red Lobster in the past 25 years. Today, this location changed that and we will be back regularly.I’ll start out by saying that my kids are 8 and 10. Like any kid their age, Red Robin is their favorite restaurant. We are headed from Bend to the coast today for a weekend trip and we tried to stop at Red Robin. The wait was 35 minutes, so we decided to look at other options. We saw the Red Lobster right around the corner and gave it a go.There was no wait at all and the kiddos were super into the tank of lobsters when we walked in the door. Our server was awesome. Super knowledgeable and helpful with the menu and options. He checked on us often and kept the fresh baked biscuits coming our way. We LOVED the biscuits! Our lunch was awesome and the prices are great. When we were leaving, the kiddos were checking out the lobster tank again and the manager stopped by and took a lobster out of the tank and showed them all about lobster anatomy. It was so cool!Seriously, this was by far the best lunch stop that we’ve ever had as a family and you have converted us from a Red Robin family to a RED LOBSTER family! Thank you so much!!!Kid-friendliness: Our kids loved the food. They loved the lobster tank. Red Lobster is their new favorite restaurant! Staff was incredible and incredibly kid friendly!

All in all it was ok. We had about an hour and half wait time for food. Few people got up and left. Food was good. ..

Red lobster is always a nice place to go. I'm not sure if it was during just because it was lunch or what not but my crab I ordered wasn't very good and there wasn't very much for the price that was paid and I got sick later in the day. So I had an ehhh experience

Came to redlobster spent a lot of money for poor service and slow kitchen. Server continued blaming kitchen for food but her service needs to be polished. Came in tonight for birthday. Asked in advanced that we would have candles and what not on a cake we had brought in. Cake still in box with no candles. And on top of it she wasn't even aware of it, even though the hostess said that they would make sure that she knew about it. The whole experience was horrible and very disappointing. Also! It wasn't even busy maybe 4 tables at the time when we came in. I'm a very generous tipper. Unfortunately tonight I just couldn't justify giving one.

This is the worst red lobster ever. They had over 20 booths open. Wouldn't even place my wife and I into an open booth. Offered us to go seat into the bar. Said no. Then they called the next people after us and placed them in the seating areas and booths. Didn't even offer us. Place wasn't very busy at all. We will never ever go back to red lobster in eugene. They suck badly.

We won't be going back. I have always loved their food but it was poor at best. Biscuits were overcooked and dry. No silverware on our table. I didn't get my salad. Asked if I could get it to go, never did bring it. Baked potato was dry. Asked for butter, got it after the potato was cold and couldn't melt it. Lobster overcooked. Coconut shrimp, no flavor at all. Water was not refilled. We paid 118.00 which I wouldn't have minded if the service and the food were good. It wasn't. This is actually the first time I've never left a tip EVER.

My food was overcooked. The lobster and shrimp were kind of tough. The cost for 2 dinners with ice tea for drinks was $105.

I usually get the neverending shrimp and it is consistently good. Cheddar Bay biscuits are always good. I'm not quite sure why it is so very expensive though.
