The last 3 times I’ve gone in they have forgotten to put in my Mac salad or forget a side in general and I’ll try to call in and then they won’t answer! Really love the food but it’s a bummer driving all the way across town then realizing they forgot one of the most important items! 3rd time in a row is actually super disappointing!

I've been a customer of Rons for 10 years. As their stores closed their food has continued to go down hill. They forget something of my order very single time I order from their one remaining store. Whether it's the Mac salad. Or teryaki sauce. Or fork. Or rice. Or they won't listen to my instructions. I'm 100% boycotting this , one beloved, store. Hawaiian Island grill off mohawk is by far the best plate lunch place in town. Cheaper and much better food and they never ever make a mistake on your order. They are more personable and professional as well. Which is off because Ron himself and his wife work regularly there yet they still cant get basic service needs figured out.
They also close at weird hours for no reason. Im abandoning the sinking ship.

Huli huli chicken was dry and tasted burnt. Green curry was awful. Slaw was soggy and had no taste.

I have showed up on multiple occasions to find out they are closed. Do not go out of your way to get it or call before. They can’t stay open consistently.

I hadn't been here in a long time. I was so excited to come back. Well sadly this place has gone downhill. The beef was really dry. It was like a crisp chip. The flavor was decent. The chicken was okay. I get a tsunami so I can have leftovers, what a disappointment. In the past this place used to load the container much like hawiian time does. Not this time. I paid $18.50 for the smallest amount of meat I have ever gotten at a hawiian bbq. It barely covered the noodles (yes I sub noodles so there is an up charge). I used to love coming here knowing I could get amazing food and amazing value. That isn't true anymore. I'm so disappointed.

My favorite hawian place in Eugene. The service is quick with great quality meals that are flavorful and worth the price for the good sized quantity. I have tried almost everything on the menu and I have never been disappointed. A great lunch to grab on a lunch break to keep you going throughout the day.
Very clean, food was great. Everything tasted fresh and the staff was very attentive. The staff was very friendly when I asked what they recommend and they gave me great options. My kiddo loved their chicken.
