Was recommended to check this place out while I was in town for work. Went even though I wasn’t really hungry, but was on a BIG back mission. 🤣🤣 Good variety of flavors, and a decent selection of odd combination flavors to try. I decided on a double scoop waffle cone and got the jack o’latern pumpkin bread, with a scoop of pear & blue cheese.

I wish I had taken a photo of the ice cream but I was enjoying it so much I forgot. The server was awesome and I tired a few samples before picking a scoop of peanut butter brittle and a scoop of salted caramel. What a yummy combo. Also I love that the tasting spoons are not plastic!! Highly recommend!!

Salt & Straw in Eugene is hands down the best ice cream shop in Oregon, and one of the best tasting, period. The customer service here is absolutely incredible—it's one of the main reasons I keep coming back. The staff go above and beyond to make your experience enjoyable, offering a warm welcome and the opportunity to taste different flavors before making your choice. Their friendliness and attention to detail truly set this place apart.
