Was a nice packer bar, good food, and brews on tap. It got a bit crowded for the last visit, and it was hard to find anywhere to sit. Wanted to sit outside but had people smoking, which is not only off-putting but makes me feel sick.

This morning was the first time I tried to the biscuits and gravy..... HOLY OVERLOAD they have to be the best B&G i have ever had the pleasure of eating.
Pretty tasty but the Philly I ordered was not something you could eat as a sandwich. So overstuffed, it was just literally falling out, otherwise very good.

Sorry but to be honest the Philly cheese steak wasn’t as good as I had hoped. I was really hungry and thought anything should be edible at the time. The steak was in small chunks and kinda tough. It was tri tip. I expected it to be tender. Also over seasoned, for my taste buds. The potato salad, as a side, was kinda basic bland and okay. I just went for food. Not video lottery, not alcohol, nothing else. The customer service was nice. Totally pleasant and took great care of me. Water stayed filled, that’s the only drink I ordered. But staff was great. Food, I wasn’t impressed. 4 stars overall.

Sam's Place rules absolutely. We've been hard pressed to find a bar with good beer and superb food for a while now. My wife and i took our date night here on a whim and we'll definitely be back. Awesome service. Great atmosphere. And the food was the real deal. Checks all the boxes!

They have both indoor and outdoor seating, where you can watch live sports broadcasts. While the service staff seemed a bit understaffed compared to the number of customers, the food received positive feedback, especially the fried items. Overall, it’s a recommended spot, and I plan to visit again later. ?
