My daughter ordered from here. I ordered from Panda. Her food was 1000 times better!! Definitely impressed!!

There menu says 80 cents for noodles but they charged me a dollar and the lady taking my order was really rude when I pointed that out. Will never go here again as they are stealing money from people

Not clean, they don't wash their hands

Chicken teriyaki was mushy and tasteless. I was unable to eat it due to the poor quality. Very disappointing considering it's what they are supposed to be known for. Didn't have any of the drinks I ordered either and just replaced it with water without consent.

Update: I contacted their customer support as requested and had a very poor experience. I'm unsure if I got an automated email or if their customer service is just that impersonal. They expected me to resubmit financial information through email if I wanted a refund which feels unwise and unnecessary considering I purchased this yesterday and my information should still be on file.

I'm not wasting any more money or time with Sarku Japan as they clearly don't respect their customers or their money or time. I hope you have better experiences with them than I

Absolutely my most favorite territory chicken and fried rice I've ever had in my whole life. Highly recommend!!!!!!

Lunch time. We were a couple of hungry men. My nephew ordered Teriyaki Beef. I ordered the Chicken. A good choice, I think. Hot food. Freshly prepared cooks and in our hands. Best prices in this Mall eatery area. Nice flavor. Plenty of food. We were good to go.

Vegetarian options: Order what you want to eat. If they can do that, they will.

Dietary restrictions: I am sure they will do what they can. Be sure to speak up. Get's loud with loud noises.

Honestly, if there was the option to give 0 stars, I would not recommend this place because they treat you worse than garbage, especially the cashier, a brunette Hispanic woman with glasses and short hair. That woman has no respect for customers because she treats people very badly. Today I tried to put a coupon and it didn't work for me when I saw that behavior. I won't come back again because then I don't understand why they give them in the application otherwise they will count them!! Hopefully they can get his attention so he can see the bad job he is doing.

What happened to the noodles? I’m updating this review because the noodles are not the same anymore. They also don’t taste the same and seem to be cheaper product now. Avoid the noodles. No flavor. Not cooked all the way.
