Sarku Japan

For me, Sarku may as well be the primary justification for VRC's continued existence. The chicken teriyaki with yakisoba is among the best I've ever had, and they give you a ton, at an extremely reasonable price. I've never liked their rice, as I feel it's quite dry, but the upgrade to yakisoba noodles is only a buck or so and they're perfectly cooked and flavored, so I recommend that. Getting extra chicken is also only a couple bucks, and I often do that as well - it's not that they don't give you enough otherwise, I just like having too much of a good thing. The vegetables they add are also a nice blend and amount. And they'll happily give you additional teriyaki sauce if you ask.

Teriyaki Chicken and yellow noodles is my go-to meal at the food court. Good food for a solid value. I've lost count of how many times I've eaten here. Staff has always been friendly. Highly recommend 👌🏼

Paulina at the register brightens my day every time I go in. Whether or not I’d want something else - I can’t help but order here when I see her working. Such a prime example of customer service and compassion. The chefs were friendly and kind, food is always good & quick. Not the same going to any other location.
