It was so yummy food before covid19. But foods are changed a little bit. Vegetables are steamed, not fried. Noodles are not chewy. Prices definitely roses. But still it is fine to eat.

Great food, bad service. Had to prove my food was mine or I couldn't get it.I ordered on uber eats everything went thru went to pick it up and the guy just had to give me a hard time. Said he had to see a name but my name was not listed on the confirmation since I was picking up my own order. Wasted my lunch break won't be ordering from here again

These people are wearing masks as if there's the bubonic plague going around. It's hard to order and hear what they are saying with a mask, yet they complain when I wear a WW2 respirator. It's time that liberals in Eugene realized that wearing a mask will not save you from COVID-19. Almost all the Chinese in mainland china wear a mask, and still despite zero covid measures, the virus still manages to spread. Wake up, the only way is to get vaccinated, not block your face.

I've been coming here for many years. I love the food and the teriyaki sauce is delicious. I've never been disappointed. The atmosphere is mall but it's worth it. A+Vegetarian options: Just get it with no meat.

The food is just packet teriyaki sauce on frozen noodles, beef, and shrimp. You can only taste the horrible sauce. No seasoning in anything. The shrimp tempura was okay but they were tiny. Just get Panda

I asked for them to separate the rice from the chicken, because my kid won’t eat the white rice if it touches the sauce or meat. This lady refused to separate my food & requested I purchase a side of rice to feed my child.

I actually love the food here and sometimes drive across town just because I'm craving it. Although, a few months ago I placed an online order and when I arrived the store was completely boarded up. I tried calling, no answer. I figured they went out of business and that I had lost my money. But yesterday I saw that the store was open and went up to show them my receipt for the unfulfilled order. They refused to give me a refund or to give me the food. Wouldn't even give me an email address that I could use to plead my case to a manager. It's too bad, are used to eat there once a week, but their shortsightedness has lost me as a customer forever. It turns out, they may or may not fulfill your order but they will definitely keep your money!

BEWARE OF POOR FOOD HANDLING! I used to love this place but haven't been for a while. Now I'll never go back, gave me food poisoning! Got the chicken teriyaki which I thought tasted okay at first, then I got a bite that tasted gross like bad chicken. Later that night and the next day I felt terrible. I know it was this food cause its all I had eaten that day.

This place is changed so much!! The chicken looked shredded the serving was so small unlike before. I ordered rice with vegetables ..I got white rice. The only veggie was cabbage...what happened to the rest of the vegetables..carrots etc.? I don't know whats happening to restaurants. Its becoming low quality and higher prices!
