Sarver Winery is a rustic winery with a great view, offering an affordable wine-tasting experience in a casual and inviting atmosphere. Visitors can enjoy their delicious wine, including the 2018 Riesling, 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon, and a very tasty white Pinot Noir, paired with ala carte cheese boards and oven pizzas in the tasting room with a scenic view. Tastings are free, and for a small fee, guests can sample different wines before choosing a glass or bottle to enjoy outdoors. The winery features beautiful views from the patio, and having a wood fire on a cold day makes outdoor visits cozy. The atmosphere is enhanced by live music events, making it a lovely space for gatherings. Although the bar is small with limited seating, the spacious patio allows for a good turnover on tables, even on busy days. While some guests have experienced less-than-friendly service, the staff strives to create a welcoming environment. Light charcuterie snacks and breads pair well with wine, and the cheese can be ordered a la carte at reasonable prices. Though the pizza takes some time to prepare, and the Margherita was noted to be quite wet, the overall experience at Sarver Winery is considered a relaxing escape to enjoy beautifully crafted wine and stunning scenery.
