Suuuuuper rude over the phone. Will not be visiting
Wonderful people. Very friendly and knowledgeable. A diamond 💎 in the rough.
We had a great time here and bought a case of wine. Tastings are free. Try a few and then order a glass or bottle and enjoy the view. Mike was great. Will be back
Awesome people, great wine, gorgeous views.
Highly recommend Sarver! The wine is fantastic, the setting is beautiful, and the people and service is top notch.
Beautiful views and great hospitality. Not much in the way of actual meals, but light charcuterie snacks and breads that pair well with wine. This is a very small bar and be prepared for standing room only if you go to one of their lovely live music events. They do have a gorgeous, spacious patio, but it is never covered, limiting space for gatherings. I wouldn't recommend this place for a large party unless the weather permits being outside. Though, I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quick escape and beautifully crafted wine.
Best Pinot Noir rose in all of Oregon or anywhere for that matter. I always enjoy a visit to Sarver. My husband, who is usually a beer drinker, says he doesn't mind going to wineries, if it's Sarver. Good charcuterie, view; staff friendly. I also really like the Pinot Gris, Sparkling Rose, and Pinot Noir. Well worth a trip if you are in the south Willamette Valley.

Each time I have traveled here they have been so rude not friendly at all. This is so sad wineries are a happy place if you don't like working or owning one than don't. I belong to several and will not belong to this one.
The Penelope food truck is super rude. Completely ruined the atmosphere and our visit with family. I would avoid this winery as the staff gets stressed out and super rude when busy.
Just can’t believe that the food truck was so rude. Not worth the money- go to one of the more established wineries in the area. Shame as we have been visiting for 4 years :(
We loved our visit to Sarver Winery. Breathtaking view of the valley and tasty Pinot Noirs!
Impeccable service from Connor!
For me, It's the best Vinyard around. Great wine, great place
Hands down the best vitner in this neck of the Willamette. What’s the best about Satver is it’s not trying to be something more than a great vinyard. They have good snacks and great wine. The view is pretty and the terroir is gorgeous. Doesn’t feel stuffy or trying to put on airs.
