Screamin Jay's is screamin good and sure to satisfy! Hands down the best sandwiches in town and one of Eugene's best kept secrets. They have some very creative and original flavor combinations, and everything on the menu is available to be made vegan. The food is always consistent and I have been thoroughly satisfied with everything that I have eaten here. The portion sizes are good, prices are very reasonable, and the sandwiches are quite filling. Their sandwiches are so delightfully delicious that they keep me coming back for more and have made a regular customer of me. The vegan townes van zandtwich is by far my favorite sandwich that they offer. Service here is always fast and friendly too. All around top notch flavor, quality and service. This is one of the most deserving places that I have ever given a 5 star rating to. If you are looking for a meal that won't disappoint then make your way over to screamin Jay!

I'm from the Midwest, where there's a sandwich shop in every shopping center, so I was overjoyed to find Screamin' Jays. Just like home. Their sandos are so good, with a lot of great homemade ingredients, filling portions, extremely friendly service, and accommodating to most dietary needs. I usually get the vegan versions of the sandwiches and they're all delicious. Also the potato salad is wonderful.

Top notch across the board. Amazing vegan options (their whole menu!) and quality service. The only house-made vegan meatball in town did not disappoint, nor did the Thai sammy with ample peanut sauce, and the buffalo sauce was a delight to my spice-averse tastebuds. Grab some napkins and tuck into anything on the menu.

A foodie friend told me to come here and try their hot Chicago style Italian beef. Glad I did. Thin sliced beef in a slightly sweet savory brown gravy, with a healthy smear of spicy-pickled giardinera condiment. A tiny little hole in the wall down an alley next to Black Wolf Supper Club. Very friendly folk, a little off-beat and fun. Lots of interesting sandwiches, next time I'll try their "famous" meatball sub. Can't wait!

What! These sandwich’s are insane! My boyfriend and I went today and got the pulled tofu sandwich. Thank goodness he told us that there is not pork in the restaurant because if he didn’t I would have been calling thinking he messed up! This stuff is insane! Fooled me! We are both vegan and love this sandwich. We will be coming back hungry for more. 100% would recommend.
