If you wanna spend an insane amount of money to have an alright sandwich and the worst service in town go here I guess. Every interaction with someone who works here is so unenjoyable it hurts. They will upcharge you for extras and then not even give you the extras too. They just carry such animosity through their days and take it out on every customer they run into. We’ve been three times because we thought the first time may have been a fluke or just one person, but its been the treatment we’ve recieved multiple times from multiple different people and it seems it’s just how the environment is there. We tip heavily and are very laid back customers too so I’m unsure what justifies this behavior in their minds.

Food was good. Ordered a turkey melt and potato salad. Never received the salad. I understand the server was busy, but she gave us attitude when we asked for water. She told us she was too busy and would come back. She never did. I asked for a refund for the potato salad and she again, gave attitude asking if I kept a receipt (that I was never offered) and stated that if I had that would have been convenient and then instructed me to wait since it was going to be a process. She went through each receipt slowly till she found mine and was able to refund me. She then proceeded to ignore us the rest of the night. Just poor service and not very welcoming to new patrons.

Damn good sandwich. I always get the toasted Italian. I wish I could try a different one but it's so good I just end up ordering it everytime. It's consistently delicious and huge. My partner and I can share one with a salad and feel full. They get slammed busy in there and still crank out a great sandwich in a timely manner.

Local neighborhood. Converted home into a restaurant. Nothing fancy. But these guys know how to make food. We had the jalapeño poppers, pastrami sandwich and the toasted Italian. We waited a bit but you knew it was going to be worth the wait. The poppers were very well balanced with just the right amount of ingredients and flavor. Doesn’t look like much but it was really good. Then came the sandwiches. Stuffed with as much veg and meat as you could in between the bread. Really had to stuff the huge sandwich in our mouths. Then “bam” and “wow”. Couldn’t stop. These guys know how to make a sandwich. Something special about what these guys are making. Don’t take it home. Eat it all there. Pastrami just melted in your mouth with enough firmness and pull to make it special. This has to be on everyone’s list if you like big, flavorful sandwiches. Don’t be in a rush. Be hungry.

Fabulous sandwiches! The meat is tasty and piled high, the bread is *chefs kiss* perfect. The folks are pleasant and the vibe is warm.
