Once again the management at the Fred Meyer west 11th street store has out done themselves. It doesn't matter what day or time of day you go into the store, a lot of the shelves at either not stock or only one or two items on a particular shelf. Now they can claim supple issue, BUT, go to any Safeway, Albertsons or Market of Choice store and they're selves are ALWAYS fully stocked. In addition, Fred Meyer now cancels or stops selling Items arbutarily but still sends out discount coupons for items they no longer stock. I'm assuming that the ONLY thing this store is good for is maybe buying apples or oranges, possibly a loaf of bread. Watch you expiration dates because they will stock items with expired dates just to keep items on a shelf.

I love Fred meyers, a one stop shop (almost) food prices are really good, customer service is always great and the pharmacy is THE BEST. I get a text when my prescription is ready and pick it up (unlike some other pharmacy's). Keep up the great work Fred Meyers

You got a 4 star instead of 5 star because the beer/wine tasting is closed. My wife and I spend $20-$70 a day at Freddy's about 5 days a week. This is due to your staff and excellent selection of beer and wine. Wanting to come to Freddy's this offen has modified our purchasing of fresh produce, cheese, and meat . I hope for a 5 star rating soon. My loyalty to Freddy's is is your bar service... Not the rest of the services you provide. Brad and Sue VanGorden

Just bad service here. Always very busy and never enough registers open. Especially if you want only one or two items. You can't even buy one item when you purchase your Starbucks coffee. I rarely come here.

Have shopped at this location for sometime because it convenient. Went today and there were several items on sale. , one of which were raspberries. Got to the check out counter and we had a new cashier named Ron. Very nice guy. I mentioned that we had raspberries but I couldn't find the electronic coupon. He pointed to his trainer and said she is the one that knows everything. That might be true except for customer service and humility. She was a "B" to us. While checking out I said, it doesn't appear it took off the discount on some items. She said, we aren't there yet. That experience at this store was by far the worst I have had there. She must hate the holidays by the way she treats people.

Been coming here for my groceries for quite some time now and would stop by for a beer here and there and Mary, The bartender kicked me out because I was on the phone with my friend and was being disrespectful as if I was speaking to her.. and then two weeks later, I come back in to get more groceries and stop by again she goes. "Are you going to behave this time? Without even saying hi or hello or even dropping the past she is not meant to be in customer service I work customer service at a hotel and I know how customers should be treated. She does not know what she's doing. Very rude and unprofessional. Would not stop by here.

Also I work in customer service too. Am I bartender also. I have never treated someone the way you have. Give the same respect you want for yourself. Fucking gross how it's okay to treat people like that.

Over the past 2 years or so the shopping experience at Fred Meyer on West 11th has gotten worse and worse. It is evident to me that a management there does not really care about the respect it's customers. It treats them like criminals when they want to do a return did Mrs. opportunities to develop positive customer relationships and just realizing the fact that it's a huge corporation that can supply a large amount of goods and figures it's just going to make money no matter what so it doesn't really have to care about its customers. It is true that their produce is above average and they have a usually not always but a pretty decent selection of organic and generally speaking a good selection of items but of course because it's a huge store they better have a good selection of things. Their prices are weird because you know on some items they're pretty good but I'm quite a few items there someone expensive when you consider how big they are they should be able to get better prices. There's a there's a few people that work in the store that are nice but others are jackasses. In general I try to avoid the store as much as possible and instead shop out in Capella Market Whole Foods Trader Joe's or even target or believe it or not I'll even go to Walmart to avoid going to Fred Meyer. And also they think they're giving you such a great deal on the gasoline with the rewards points but basically if you have save 400 points and you get $.40 off per gallon that makes it pretty close to the same price that Costco already is. It is true that they are in a part of town where there's a fair number of sort of sketchy people coming in and out of the store but they need to be able to distinguish between the sketchy people that may be shoplifting or scamming them in someway and normal customers. The solution is not a treat everybody like a criminal.

Most prices are fair and selection is great. However, I went in to get my usual Vitamin D from them, always priced $10-12.99. To my shock it was offered at "2 for the price of 1," but the price had been doubled to $24.99, so that it wasn't 2 for the price of 1 at all. Do they think that consumers are morons? This kind of thing really makes me inclined to shop elsewhere.

Fred Meyer pharmacy Eugene on 11th:You do NOT have my permission to automatically send refill requests to my doctors. I have not lived in the Eugene area for over three years and have not used you as my pharmacy in that time. You sent a refill to one of my doctors several weeks ago and it took several visits to my new pharmacy and phone calls to my doctor before we were able to figure out what you had done. I called you and asked that my information be removed from your system so this would not happen again. The person "helping" me was quite rude, but assured me it would not happen again. It just did! Please stop.

I'm 65 years old and bought some groceries and a bottle of wine at Fred Meyer on W 11th. I realize that that they have to check ID but the girl insisted in scanning my ID. I'm not sure why mynID has to be stored in their computer system if I'm old enough to buy liquor, a legal transactio. I won't be purchasing wine there anymore

Grocery shopping is one of those adulting activities that gives me more anxiety than it should. Even just having the thought of spending an hour of my day searching the numerous aisle for items on my shopping list is making me tired. That's why I LOOOOOOVE Fred Meyer's pick-up service. Really the only reason I shop at Fred Meyer is because of this service. I shop online for items, set a time for pickup, and then my groceries are brought out to me as I wait in my car. It's an anxious couch potato's dream come true. But that is not why I am writing this review. I had no intention of writing a review for Fred Meyer, but I want to give a special shout out to their employee, Brian. Since I am a creature of habit, I schedule my grocery pick up for most Sunday mornings. Most Sundays, it is Brian who will be bringing my order out to me. We have done this routine for so long by now, I can hear him yelling "Stephanie" through my rolled up window as he approaches. He is always in the best mood. Always so bright, cheerful, and happy no matter if it's raining, sunny, hot or cold. His optimistic demeanor sets my Sundays up in a positive tone. Thanks Brian! This 5 star rating is for you!

The absolute worst pharmacy ever. They continually run out of the meds that are prescribed, won't answer their phones and some of their staff really don't care about their jobs or customers. If you are that busy hire more staff. Is senior store management really that unaware of that goes on in the pharmacy that they cannot predict needing more staff? I am so glad I will no longer be dealing with this pharmacy starting January 1st, they are no longer a preferred pharmacy for my insurance.

This review is directed at the pharmacy, not the retail operations.I had two recent transactions at the Fred Meyer pharmacy, neither of them were that satisfactory. I thought the first was a one off occurrence, but after the second it is clearly the way the pharmacy operates. If you reliably need your prescriptions filled quickly (that being less than 3 hours) your should take your business elsewhere. The first transaction I waited for three hours after the prescription was sent over and it wasn't ready and the PharmTech said it would be another hour, so I started the 20 minute drive back home. About 10 minutes later I'm halfway home and the text message arrives saying the prescription was ready. (Sigh...) I turn around and head back to pick-up the prescription, wishing I would have just waited at the store for it to be ready. The second experience was even worse. I waited three hours after the prescription was submitted and got the same story, the prescription wasn't ready and it would be another hour. I decided to drive home, as the physician was able to provide the initial dose during the visit so I had 12 hours until it was time for the next dose. I returned just before closing that day and only one of the two prescriptions had been filled, fortunately the critical prescription was filled and the other would be available in 48 hours. If you want to use the Fred Meyer Pharmacy on 11th, get a written prescription and present it while asking if they have the drugs on hand and a delivery estimate. If it doesn't meet your needs head down the road to CVS as their professionalism is far superior to the Fred Meyer pharmacy.

Customer Service Made me feel like a criminal for making my first return EVER! To any Fred Meyer location, stole 50% of my deserved return value, because they didn't want to accept the return, and told me I couldn't make another return for 30 days! I won't be letting Fred Meyers have one single dollar from me ever again. Looks like this location has made it a habit to treat their customers poorly. FM may be fine without my money, but the 100's of angry customers every month add up! The reviews for this location are deplorable. Just like the lazy rude customer service returns employees and returns manager!
