3 stars because the guy who started us off today was very nice and he has a good attitude despite being low on a lot of food. Which is okay! They weren't busy luckily. We saw they just got their shipment in and is unloading. However, the lady with glasses who served me and my fiance spent her whole time chuckling and judging what we ordered. We just woke up and are hungry, so what if I ordered 3 pancakes and an omelet? That's all I ordered! Why look at me and chuckle under your breath? It's not your business what I ordered or what he ordered. I would've left a tip IF the tip went to the guy who started us off... Couldn't tip someone who wasn't all that respectful. I just wanted to get out as soon as she started making the whole experience there unwelcoming. It's upsetting too because this is the Shari's I grew up with and always went to.

My husband and I bought our grandsons at dinner time and ordered breakfast. The food and service were great but the restaurant definitely needs thoroughly cleaned and remodeling. All the seats to the booths are badly torn. We were there on a very warm day and the air conditioner wasn't working. Our waitress told us that it hasn't worked in years. I have been reading comments submitted over the last couple of years and Shari's promises to address these issues but nothing seems to have improved.

Was there for Sunday breakfast... Big mistake, where can I start? Ok, at first, the parking lot was trushy, the outside of the restaurant, broken windows, entrance door durty, the floor carpet is black of dirty like has never clean in years, the booth seats are torn down, menu flyer old with stains, food was cold as soon as it got to our table.. Please save your money and go somewhere else.

Staff were great, food was okay, but the building exterior looks unmaintained. Interior was in literal disrepair. I feel bad for the staff.
Great service, kind staff, but food is very bland and the whole interior is worn and very dated. Holes in the ceiling tiles from obvious water leaks, the old wooden chairs were creaky, the pie fridge was being used like storage, and the place was understandably empty aside from maybe 3 tables at a time.

We ordered food to go for some family this evening. Two of the 4 items were the sourdough burger with everything on it. When we got home with the food there was nothing on it. Just the sauce and barely any onions. It was supposed to have lettuce, tomatoes, etc. This was one of the worst dinners I’ve had in a while. And 1 of these was $12.60. Does this picture look like it was with 12.60? We got two of them that both looked like this photo. There were also barely any fries and they were super soggy. I will never be back here again.

Shari's has went down hill since covid! I don't recommend this Cafe anymore. That goes for all locations near eugene springfield. They are slow and never have product. Dirty etc. I am done going to this
