I wanna give the girls at Hatfield a big special shout-out. I dropped my kids off at school, and as usual, I run up there and get my usual coffee. 24oz Oreo Frappe Blended w/ extra caramel. They made it absolutely AMAZING, as always. Well, I got home, and I tripped and fell over my cat and my coffee went literally EVERYWHERE. Carpet, kitchen floor, on my boots. I was really upset. I spent maybe 30 minutes scrubbing everything and got back in my rig and went back to buy another. No biggy. I told the girls what had happened and they remade my drink free, and wrote this kind message for me that says, "hope your day gets better" which made my whole day better. I stopped going to the big chain coffee stands and I have been coming here for almost 2 months because their coffee is the absolute BEST, hands down. Best coffee in Eugene. Thank you so much! ❤️

Yikes. They got really confused by asking for chocolate milk then gave me dirty looks while they figured it out between the two of them. Not sorry I order my kids a treat drink along with my coffee.

Ordered a 32 oz iced dirty chai, oat milk, and 5 espresso shots. THE BEST DIRTY CHAI I HAVE HAD IN SO LONG!! The barista was very nice, helpful, and we received our order quickly. 100% recommend, and we will return!

I use to go daily for my favorite drink, and it was amazing. The young lady sold it last year and my drink was destroyed.It was bland and bitter. Their excuse was recipe consistency... It wasn't broke for you to fix, haven't been back since that horrible experience.

The employees are very nice and take the time to get to know their customers go-to drinks and the coffee I get is delicious. I stop here nearly every day now. Even after the transition of new ownership, I would say I like this place even more now that it is Valley Grinds than when it was Sipz. Good stuff!

Ever since Kenzie sold it the service has been terrible. Coffee is decent but they are not friendly. They dont talk to customers at all. Today they were border line rude. I will not be back. Too bad.
