The employees are very nice and take the time to get to know their customers go-to drinks and the coffee I get is delicious. I stop here nearly every day now. Even after the transition of new ownership, I would say I like this place even more now that it is Valley Grinds than when it was Sipz. Good stuff!

Ever since Kenzie sold it the service has been terrible. Coffee is decent but they are not friendly. They dont talk to customers at all. Today they were border line rude. I will not be back. Too bad.

I had a really good performing latte from here. My partner ordered the Orange creamsicle drink and it was great! They have a limited supply of food but the bagel j did get was good too! The servers were also super friendly. I definitely will be coming back.

I pass this place all of the time, not really giving it a second thought. Well we were heading out to the sportsman show on a Saturday morning, and I needed an extra pep in my step, so we decided to stop in here for a flavored Red Bull since I don't drink too much coffee. The service was great, and fast. The flavored Red Bull wasn't overly flavored, which was great. Some places can surely over do it on the syrup, also the Red Bull was cold, and perfect so I didn't have to wait for the ice to chill it. Would stop again if in the mood for a flavored Red Bull. Just don't drink them too often.

We finally stopped in and grabbed drinks from here- well my husband did and brought it home. Delicious!! I got an iced white mocha with caramel drizzle- because their Instagram post had caramel drizzle and it looked delicious. Disclaimer: It was!!! My husband got an iced mocha and drank it so fast. Haha so delicious! I'm not gonna lie with how many times this place has changed owners and names I was a little hesitant to try it. You never know if the drinks will be hit or miss when it's newer. Well, the coffee tastes delicious, the flavors requested were blended in perfectly. Definitely recommend stopping in here! It's convenient and easy to get in and out on both sides of the shop. Right off west 11th. I can't comment on customer service yet as I wasn't the one to go this time, but next time I will. Can't wait to try again and hope this place does well here!

Had a horrible experience here. I pulled up around 6:30 in the morning to get a coffee. I was the only vehicle there at this time. After taking my order the employee noticed another car had pulled up on the other side. She goes and talks to them. I hear the customer said she is in a hurry and does really have time to wait for her coffee to be made. The employee says no problem then proceeds to start making a drink, I assumed she is making my coffee or at the very least both coffees at once. She finishes the coffee then hands the other customer it, she then starts working on mine. I was disappointed in her customer service and told her please don't bother making mine. I said what you just did is very unprofessional and that they just lost a new customer. I would definitely recommend going to human bean instead. Keep yourself from having a horrible experience.
