Honestly… Disappointed. I’ve been coming to snack shack for a little over a year, and never had any complaints. The staff were always extremely welcoming and the restaurant had a fun atmosphere. I can’t say the same for today… Every time i’ve been in the past two months, the atmosphere has been extremely uncomfortable. It’s quiet, nobody else is in the restaurant, and all of the staff bringing light to the restaurant seem to have.. disappeared? On another note, the food is so expensive now. Look… I understand that the world we live in is tough right now, but why am I paying $14 for a burger from this place when I could just go to Carl’s jr and get a burger that is MUCH better. All I have to say is that i’m disappointed.

Food is amazing for basic burgers. Fries are perfectly crispy. Milkshakes are great and they even have a peppermint and blackberry shake. Burgers are large and bacon was thick and cooked perfectly!!!
I highly encourage you to check this place out!!!! Especially if you are a duck fan!!!!

Definitely a shack, might drive right by if you didn't know it was there. BUT absolutely more than a snack!! Burger was exactly what I hoped for and crinkle fries were perfect crispy. Had a great little corner with kids toys and coloring.

This was my first time eating here and Quincy prepared my food perfectly. Liliana was pleasant and efficient. I will be back.
I was in town and my friends were getting burgers so I said I'd get one too. I ordered the Blue Cheese Bacon burger. I also asked for added sautéed mushrooms along with the onions that the menu described. We brought them back to my friends to eat.
My burger was a wreck! The onions were barely noticeable and only on one side of the burger. There was maybe 3 slices of mushrooms despite the additional $2.00 charge. It was missing bacon.
I called and shared what had occurred and hiw my burger was all wrong. I was given excuses about a recent menu change and that there had been a rush at the time my food was being made and essentially an apology with an excuse.
My friends eat their probably once a week. I was told my name with my friends name would be put somewhere safe and that I could come in anytime for another on the house. Because of that quality business ethic at the time I did not write a review and was saving it for burger I'd originally hoped for.
I finally came back to the area today and stopped in to inquire. They did not have my or my friends name anywhere but the cook said they remembered my burger was wrong. Today their remedy was to offer a few dollars off any order. Far from the original rectifying the wrong.
While my friends who live nearby may continue to frequent your establishment, I will not be recommending you. I am from this area and I have a travel blog and share recommendations to hundreds of travelers fro all across the USA. It's unfortunate you didn't honor your word. And it's unfortunate you didn't make it right.
$18 for a burger and I left a $3 has left a bad taste in my mouth.

Has gone down hill with quality of food and service. The menu changed and eliminated a lot of the options I could eat due to allergies. So I ordered the BLT with onion rings. Got home to eat a 10 min drive and there was no onion rings but we had been charged for them. The sandwich had no mayo on it the lettuce was whimpy and changing colors and one slice of tomato per side of sandwich posting pictures. The fries didn't taste like they were cooked all the way either.

This place just really is horrible and gross, the food was nasty really gross and after sitting there for a few minutes we started to see the fly's and bugs in the dinning area. Do not eat here not a good area a lot of drug addicts.
