This place just really is horrible and gross, the food was nasty really gross and after sitting there for a few minutes we started to see the fly's and bugs in the dinning area. Do not eat here not a good area a lot of drug addicts.

My bacon was forgotten for my burger, another dude on his lunch break had something wrong with his meal but had to get a refund or something as there wasn't time to fix another one, no tp in bathroom. I will try again though before I say nah, after I got my bacon for my burger, it was very tasty.

I do Door Dash, had a regular customer wanted to try Snack Shack for the first time. It took over 45 minutes a burger and fries. I lost a $5 tip because of it and I will not eat or recommend the place and I just live a couple blocks down the road.

Burgers and sandwiches are good and get decent portions. It is one of the better burger spots. Haven't had anything I didn't like but don't expect anything fancy but is a solid classic home style little diner .

I’m extremely disappointed in this restaurant it’s been my favorite place to eat since I was 12 I’m almost 30 now and the last few weeks I’ve been served RAW!! Food knowing mistakes are made I gave it a chanced because it’s never disappointed I spoke to the owner just to have her be nonchalant about it!

Poor food. Overpriced. The food was not fresh. The person at the register was rude and more worried about their makeup than helping any of the customers. There was a worker there who was very helpful and great.

Nothing was good, and they were out of white and sourdough bread. The waitress kept leaving the table as I was trying to ask for stuff. I highly do not recommend this place.
