Really good tofu Bahn mi for the vegetarians/vegans! Veggie pho is an option as well, cool to have in a mall food court. Atmosphere is bad but it's an old mall food court that isn't their fault lol

Very disappointing food. The worst pho I’ve ever had. Got salad rolls instead of spring rolls and no sauce. But all would have been ok if the pho was decent. It was not even edible.

Really awful Pho. The broth is so bland. I was very disappointed & shocked that one could mess up Pho being a Vietnamese restaurant. Only given Two pieces of jalapeño & no basil. The Chicken on the chicken rice bowl was extra dry with no sauces to pick from. The side salad on the bowl was good. I would not recommend this place at all. Much better options in town.

Just not yummy :( I hyped up this place in my head but it’s just not very flavorful, they gave me really weird pieces of chicken (not a single big piece) and it just tastes blandddd. I hate to waste so much food and $15, but I just can’t eat this. The owner wasn’t there, though, and it was three college students (?) working there. They were weird, kind of flirting with each other in front of me. Generally not an ideal experience. I wonder if they just don’t know how to make authentic Vietnamese food. I probably won’t try again, I’m sorry.

Visiting from Seattle, we stopped by on a recommendation. I got the rice bowl, the rice was not cooked all the way trough. It was super crunchy with some clumps of mushy overcooked rice. The rest of my family each got a different dish and they were really poor, except for the Jordan special. I'm sure there's way better restaurants in Eugene, so would definitely pass.
Delicious!!! I have been getting their rice bowls for years and absolutely LOVE them! So much that I can’t order anything else from here. Today I got a sandwich!!! Omg!!! So yummy!! Now I have to try everything on their menu!!! A million stars!
I've never had Pho before and was honestly scared to waste my money, afraid I wasn't going to like it. Boy, have I been missing out! The chicken pho I got is amazing! The first sip of the broth and I was hooked! It's SO flavorful! The rice noodles aren't slimy! The bean sprouts are fresh and crunchy! The cilantro and green onions are fresh and flavorful, and so are the jalapeños! The chicken is perfectly cooked, too! EAT HERE!!!!!!!

Passable service, she was friendly, but they were short-staffed (thanks for letting us know, posted sign). This is the worst Bahn mi I've ever had, though. I think it's that the bread is 100% wrong. I'm sorry for anyone who eats this, thinks it's Bahn mi, and forms an opinion about Vietnamese food based on their dining experience.
