Springrolls
2 Rolls. Gluten-free. Pork, shrimp, rice noodles, lettuce, bean sprouts, wrapped in rice paper, served with sweet peanut sauce.
Fried Potstickers
4 Pieces. Ground pork, vegetables, wrapped in wonton wrapper, fried, served with light soy sauce.

Beef Pho
Gluten free. Traditional Vietnamese Pho with rice noodles in a bowl of our signature beef broth, beef meatballs, and thinly sliced beef, served with bean sprouts, white onions, scallions, basil, lime and jalapenos.

Coconut Crusted Tofu
4 pieces. Cubes of fried, lightly battered, coated in sweetened coconut flakes, fried, serve with sweet tangy chili sauce, garnishes with cilantro.

The coconut fried tofu was four large pieces and delicious. They are familiar with vegan requests and did say that one of their side sauces contained honey but offered an alternative.

Aleesa was very sweet and polite. Was. Craving Chinese for a couple weeks. But Pho is always a great choice. Definitely going to stop in again. The mall setting was a little off putting, haven't been to a mall like forever. HIGHLY RECOMMEND GIVING IT A TRY.

I wish I could give 6 or 7 or 300 stars for the service. I wish I had gotten her name but whoever was working Monday night March 18 was awesome. I was hesitant buying pho in a mall but it was absolutely delicious.
