South Fork Coffee & Water Co. is the company we have been using for years now at our health clinics and our administrative building. They have been professional, always follow the schedule, and are always available to assist us if we need them immediately. Not to mention we love their coffee. Cannot recommend them enough. We had one of our old water coolers go out recently and they were extremely fast to replace it.

The Owner, Administration Staff along with their Delivery Staff go above and beyond to provide the best quality of Customer Service! Our company purchases all our Coffee Products thru SFCW, the variety is vast and the prices fair. They provide our Water Coolers & Water through out our facility. If there is an issue with a cooler or a need for extra water, it is responded to timely.Because of the variety, pricing and Customer Care, I now have my home Service/Delivery with SFCW. My husband puts the empty water bottles out on delivery day. If the Garage is left open, our Driver puts the full bottles in the Garage so my husband or I do not have to. We did not ask or expect this but, so appreciate it!!!!The owner donates to so many causes in our community, whether it be people or animals in need, Vinnie and his family are so kind, compassionate and generous.So Grateful to have them in our Community!!!

Almost got run over by one of their vans while using the crosswalk? You would think with such an obvious vehicle they'd at least try to look good on the road

They're the best commercial water delivery service I've tried, and I've tried them all. No more missed deliveries or running out of water. Friendly staff and good customer service. The service works great for my business.
Terrible business practices with contracted partners. Randomly raises prices with no notice or revision of current contracts. Thousands of dollars later and we have yet to see any remorse or apology for this overcharge.If you value good business and communication with your vendors then you should avoid South Fork coffee company!Edit: South Forks desperate attempts to get potential customers to ignore the Google reviews in favor of their “Facebook rating” is a prime example of how slimy and shady this company is.

Awful company. Tripled prices without telling us, awful customer service, and when I brought it to their attention they “reduced it” by almost nothing. During COVID coffee prices saw no more than a 25% rise globally, and they took advantage of their loyal customer base and tripled our prices. That sounds like an exaggeration, it’s NOT. We’ve been with them for YEARS, and this is how they treat you. We switched to Royal Cup, way better coffee, way better price, way better service. Take your business literally anywhere else. Royal cup is literally 1/10th of the price for dark roast coffee AND decaf. South fork is SLIMY.

Our water started tasting horrible, almost as though the bottles weren’t sterilized prior to recycling. We’ve since switched to Sierra Springs and have been very pleased with the quality and service.
