.70 for a non dairy alternative is ridiculous but no surprise from a company that doesn't care about the environment

This was a great people watching and coffee spot until it was overrun and infested with transients and addicts. There was hardly any space for paying customers to sit and chill. I guess if more of the gutter rats ran businesses out from downtown the city would finally do something about the problem. The workers were always nice and I'm going to miss this location.

Twice now my friends have had issues here. We are patrons (or rather used to be) who regularly get coffee here and play pogo. However the managers have gotten some wild hair up their butt and have decided to start kicking people off "their property" aka the public sidewalk for loitering. I will never be buying coffee or anything else here again after the way they treated my friends. The coffee is mediocre at best anyways.

My friend and I stood just outside, playing Pokemon Go at one of the stops in Keesey Square for less than five minutes before the manager came out and rudely kicked us off the sidewalk. She said that we were "lingering"when I'm pretty sure the term is LOITERING. Which was something that was not happening. Yeah, just don't spend your money here.

Visiting Eugene always brings new experiences and new businesses to try out. I picked this Starbucks since it's close to where I'm staying. Didn't want too much of a trendy atmosphere this bright morning. Great location; lots of windows and light (big plus in Eugene). Great friendly service; business and visitor clientele. Music just the right volume and type music I suit many - Eagles feel-good, etc. Great cup of coffee; easy WiFi and local newspapers to read. Recommend.

One worker in particular ruined my experience at this starbucks while a friend was visiting me. She was extremely rude and made us feel uncomfortable with her comments, dirty looks, and stares from across the room.

I would give this 0 stars if I could. I was visiting a friend in this area and one worker was extremely nagging and rude. She approached our table on 2 separate occasions and made really rude comments. My friend had her leg held to her chest, with her foot partially on the seat of the chair and the worker gave her a nasty look up and down while pointing her finger at my friend. She said "get your foot off the chair." It was was disturbing and made us feel so victimized and unwelcome when we were paying customers.

Honestly only leaving a review because of Anson's customer service. I have worked in customer service a long time and keeping up that day-to-day kindness and energy is not easy. He ALWAYS has a smile and makes quick fun conversations. He laughs! It's fantastic! He always confirms how to properly spell my name & they make a great cup of coffee. That's all I can ask for at a Starbucks. GIVE ANSON A RAISE!

Bad, over priced, was given a gift card, one cup of coffee, and I got some mugs.

While I understand that the downtown location on Broadway can be problematic for people loitering, what I do not appreciate is the management of Starbucks being completely overzealous in 'defending the building perimeter' I stopped BRIEFLY this morning to do a Poke Mo Go Raid. Started the encounter and proceeded to stand against the wall and wait for the raid to start. BEFORE the 2 minute countdown timer had expired the "manager" lady came out with a gruff tone telling me not to trespass and to get off their property. Initially I was surprised, but that quickly turned into being annoyed. I offered her the explanation that the sidewalk was public property and I was going to continue standing there.... and that she should probably pick her 'f-ing' battles better in the future. She didn't like my tone and I certainly was no longer having any of hers. On her way back inside she threatened to ban me from Starbucks (which I NEVER go to anyways). So I review my experience with Starbucks on Broadway.

The same employee has kicked me out 3 times now. Twice for her thinking I was asleep and once for having 2 bags. I am not having these problems with any other staff member and it kind of really sucks because it's only me who she treats rudely. I dont know if this is an issue of her not liking me being a trans girl or something, but whatever it is, I guess the anti discrimination laws went out the window

This is a regular Starbucks store. Coffee is ok and the people who work there are nice. The clientele closely resemble downtown Eugene.

Corporate makes the employees tell people that they cannot paint or do crafts here. Really corporate? How soul crushing how could you? Art is therapy for many people and you are loosing a lot of support and customers. This used to be an artist's sanctuary. I will never get coffee here again, unless the rules change.
