Food gets a 3 because you can never go wrong with frozen food. However, the way they keep filling my drinks way below the rim is crazy. This isn’t the first time either, sadly. Got home, didn’t take one sip off of it, then opened it and realized that definitely isn’t a venti. Such a rip off and waste of my money.(From March 2nd 2025)
I understand being short staff, but don’t forget to take breaks because being rude with customers on their birthday is never the answer. (From Oct. 26th 2024)

2/25/25 11:10 AM: Asked if I could use restroom before ordering (so I wouldn’t have to leave my stuff out while visiting restroom). Was told “most Starbucks are going to tell you no.” Ummm, I’ve been to Starbucks all over the world and never been told no. Starbucks: do better with your CSX training at this location.

The morning of 11/22/24 at around 8:00 AM, I called to order three coffee-to-go containers for our employees. I specifically requested the order be ready for pickup at 11:00 AM to accommodate our 11:30 AM meeting.
Upon arrival, I found the parking lot completely full. I proceeded to the drive-through, hoping to retrieve my order there, but was informed that this was not possible. I explained the lack of parking, but the staff was unhelpful.
Forced to park a block away, I had to make multiple trips to carry the containers individually. Despite four employees being present behind the counter with minimal customer traffic, no one offered assistance. This lack of service and consideration was extremely disappointing.

Twice I have ordered coffee from here and both times my coffee tastes like milk after adding EXTRA espresso.. how do you mess up coffee so frequently when your only job is to make coffee?

Welcome to the Junkyard

BEWARE. My partner went to this Starbucks (West 11th) yesterday and had an interaction with an employee that was pretty frustrating. Order made, about $10, and when the price came up it was closer to $15. She said something about it, he said... no, the total is $10. She asked why the machine said $15. He said total on cpu was the $10. So she paid, trusting. Got receipt, which was $15. Asked manager over, who backed up cashier. A $5 tip had been added. My partner explained that she hadn't put that tip on there. Wasn't worth battling over $5 but we won't go back. End of story... I do wonder how many customers have had tips stealthily added to their orders and not realized. Tips are fine but this is BS.

This is the first bad experience ive had at a Starbucks. The lady up front was very snappy with my Grandma who is hard of hearing and asked for the bathroom code twice. My grandma had to ask me to get the code for her. I got the code and the code didnt even work despite the bathroom being “vacant”. Then we get to the service line and the same snappy lady then asked “so what do you want?” In a nasty tone. All the baristas had terrible attitudes and the environment wasnt like a normal cheerful starbucks. The lady upfront was incredibly disrespectful. I usually dont leave reviews because i dont want to be a Karen and usually most things dont bother me but my grandmother did not deserve the disrespect that she received. Terrible service. Wont be coming back unless there is an overhaul or retraining of staff.
