I love this Starbucks, normally, but it’s hard to keep going back when you get such poor service. Manager needs to have a meeting with their staff. Your tone of voice and shoving a drink at someone without a hello or goodbye is something you don’t typically get at a Starbucks. I get we all have bad days, but realize that you work in an atmosphere where decent customer service is required.

I have given this location a few tries over the past couple weeks. I need to stop going. Kara basically slams the drive up window in my face every single time and will cut me off or simply just not say anything at all. It’s obvious I’m a huge inconvenience to her. God forbid I order a coffee.I am beyond polite and chipper. I know what it’s like to work in the service industry. I know there are incredibly rude people she has to deal with. However, I’m not one of them. She either needs to move on or get switched to a different shift.Don’t order an iced drink, it’s clear that they are all in such a rush that they never rinse the shaker out fully. Your iced tea will taste coffee and your iced shaken espresso will taste fruity iced tea. Waste of time and money stopping at this location.

After a recent disappointing purchase, I've decided to use what remains on my Starbucks app and then no longer go there for drinks. MAYBE an occasional danish, though.I decided last-minute to buy a coffee before work. After getting to my destination, I removed the lid to cool off the coffee a bit. The cup was only a little over half full. Prices went up, and coffee levels got less at Starbucks?! I'm going where I get my money's worth.

Went and no employees were working! Really disappointing will not come to this location again! I will drive 20 mins out of my way next time! Beware if you go that the employees won’t be there to make your drink! Talked to another Starbucks said they have been planning on not showing up today for a week and yet they didn’t turn off their mobile order feature so I spent all morning trying to get a hold of customer service to get my points and money back! Don’t waste your time here go to another Starbucks! Or better yet go to Dutch Brother!

Been coming to this location now for a little over two years and the amount of times my drink has been messed up is absurd. I get the same basic drink every time, a hot chai latte. Most of the time it isn’t frothed at all and often can barely taste any spice. Haven’t been in weeks and stopped by this morning and the same thing happened. My chai tastes like water with a hint of spice. This is on my way to work which is why I stop by but I just can’t anymore.

It's absolutely ridiculous that this Starbucks and every other Starbucks in the U.S. still charges a 70 to 80 cents surcharge for plant-based milks! You are excluding many of your customers who don't want to give their money to dairy cruelty! They don't want to give their money to an industry that contributes to the climate crisis and pollutes our waterways and needlessly kills tens of billions of cows annually!END THE SURCHARGE!

Come on Starbucks, get it together. You have a homeless guy in the bathroom. How did he get the code to get in? I asked the staff for code, used it to get in and there was a homeless guy with all his stuff. He didn't lock the door. Gross! You have homeless sitting around with McDonalds cups. Won't be back!

I have typically found this Starbucks to be more focused on the drive-through than walk in customers. ?? Both should be accommodated equally. I finally decided to quit going there altogether this week, on a day that it was freezing outside, so versus using the drive-through (which was empty), I went in to enjoy coffee and a quick breakfast before an appointment. I was the only customer with at least seven (7!) employees behind the counter, but beyond a greeting which I cheerfully returned, I could not get anyone to notice me. After 3-4 minutes of watching the employees do everything BUT take my order (while I stood patiently at the register with my wallet out), I turned to leave because I had an appointment to get to and no time for slow service. A man had arrived about 30 seconds before that, standing behind me, and as SOON as I left the counter, he was greeted by name and asked if he wanted his “usual” drink. Was I discriminated against? No idea, or why if so- I was clean, fully dressed, polite and ready to pay. What I do know is I won’t waste my time there anymore .
