I miss the talent that used to work there. I just walked all the way over there in the cold only to be told the espresso machine was down after I tried ordering a grande Americano. The girl working tried to offer cold brew instead..really?? Freezing out, I want hot coffee..sadly I walked away frustrated

the woman had an attitude with me when I asked if they could make the drink in a personal cup. The time before, they kept on asking me what my drink was because they failed to right it down.

For a grocery store they only have 1 bathroom. It's DISGUSTING, and smells like a porter potty. Some of the employees are really nice but they could smile every now and then...

This Safeway is all too happy to double charge you, then dispute your story about it. Then when you can't feed your family due to overdraft fees and lack of money they say, "Well...sorry." Yum!
