This place has a serious management issue. 7 out of 10 times they can’t even make a simple iced coffee with coconut milk because the staff is untrained on how to make the basic coffee. There is more often than not only one staff member being over worked. Whoever owns and operates this place if it’s a franchise needs to have a really hard look at how they operate this place. I’m a small business owner in food service and I would never think about operating this way. What a joke.

Use to come here every weekend but new cashier is horrible talked to customer for over 5 minutes waited the lady didn't even order anything the rest of the staff is good 10:40 am 9-4-22 working right now she hasn't been there long maybe a month but now I need to find a different place I really enjoyed the other staff

This Starbucks is inside Fred Meyer it has horrible customer service this lady working here gave my my order wrong 5 times by the 6 time I just got mad and took the drink and left never going there again
