This used to be my favorite Starbucks but lately I've been disappointed. The Baristas are always fantastic but whoever is ordering their supplies is seriously lacking. The last few times I've gone in they've been out of several things so I haven't been able to get my favorite three drinks. I can understand them being out of a couple things but not being able to make three of their most basic drinks is a little annoying.
Busy place! Friendly workers & got all p rders correct. Displays were orderly. Tables were clean & floors also. Menu was easy to read. This Starbucks was inside of Fred Meyer in Santa Clara off River Road. Easy to find & reasonably priced...all in all a good experience!!
Not a good visit in the cafe, the young man who was working clearly was irritated to be working. Not only that but in a book store that usually has a quiet atmosphere, he couldn't have been any louder changing out ALL of the trash bags while everyone was trying to meet, or read. He does not posess any customer service skills
