when you tell a customer you are going to "bump them up" to the next size because you don't have any tall cups, we expect you to do that for free not charges the next size up like you did to me a couple of days ago and I'm just now noticing on my receipt if you're telling customers you can't sell them any tall drinks because you ran out of cups, then you need to make that clear and not insinuate that you're doing them a service because your management sucks

Waited in line for over 20 minutes to be told the espresso machine is down. Putting up a sign to let potential customers know about this would be a courtesy and respectful of people's time.

6 people behind the counter, we were the first to order 2 drinks before a second 2 people ordered 2 drinks, yet they were able to mess up our order. And somehow made us wait to make our last drink of a chocolate frap until after they made and gave the 2nd people their drinks. Poor service!

Just came in to target for a Starbucks drink and it says open online but it’s dark and not even open

Young little girl is the manager extremely rude and obnoxious thinks that she can boss customers around. I asked after waiting in line for five minutes. If she would help me please she turned around with a smirk and said that she’ll help you when she’s ready. meaning the other girl. I told her OK thank you, the other girl helped me and when doing so the manager turned to the other girl that was just standing on the wall said something to her. The girl looked at me and I knew that they were talking bad about me so I confronted her and asked her if she had something to say , she said, do you have something to say with an attitude, and I told her that I think that she has a bad attitude for no reason and return her reply was she doesn’t think she has an attitude at all. She thinks I have an attitude so right then and there I told her that I wanna speak to her manager. She said that I couldn’t because a manager was on vacation I was OK can I speak to the manager of the store? She said that she was the manager and that she wouldn’t help me at all so I asked her for the number to the corporate and she wouldn’t give that to me. I asked her for my receipt she wouldn’t give that to me. I asked her for her name so that I could talk to the corporation and let them know who I’m talking about and she wouldn’t give that to me. Call the security guard over Acting like I was being hostile which I thought was very funny but the security guard didn’t wanna do anything either. It’s like they were just little kid friends, so he kind of laughed it off. I didn’t really care. I hope that he gets to upper management. I already called the corporate . I hope this gets resolved. I feel like she’s a little racist.

Apparently you’re the j*** if they get your order wrong and you say so. Spent 15 minutes waiting for them to remake it while giving me dirty looks. Most unprofessional customer service. Avoid at all costs.

I appreciate the Consistency of Starbucks but these 12 year olds trying to make a 12oz Flat Brevé need a few more Lessons.I got one yesterday and the Barista made a regular Latte, Not FLAT (meaning No Foam) with tons of foam and not much coffee ? ?

it has its off days, but Id rather come here than albertsons, the people are nicer here and the service is alot better. plus they dont screw up your drinks like albertsons
