i’ve been here a few times since i’ve moved here and ramon is the sweetest barista. he always makes me feel welcomed and takes time to make conversation, as do the others. i always feel welcomed to come back due to the service and great work ethics. 10/10 recommend

I like leaving good reports. But this one is about your immature service rep. If she doesnt want to be polite and aware, Starbucks is not the place to work. A good tip in the industry is to think every customer is your regional manager or CEO. Serious. Try harder. You'll be happier.Jan 4 I read your reply but going to your main office isn't happening. I don't want points either. Your staff, the one taking orders was not happy to be there and said Starbucks doesn't have what we just ordered. But it's on your menu! And your shelf! She needs to learn the products and not take out her$&-$ on clientele. She's been here for months. Maybe revisit the menu?

I rarely go out for coffee, and if I'm looking for something really delicious and high quality, I wouldn't choose Starbucks and would rather go to a more local shop in town. But, I go to Starbucks for the consistency, one or two peppermint mochas during the holiday season, and the ease of convenience with ordering ahead in the app. This location is nice and typically Starbucks, however, the lack of drive thru here is a downside for me.

Kudos for Matt! When we are on our way to Bend from the coast, we stop to get "one for the road" after lunch next door. Seeing that some pandemic practices have been added to the daily routine, I can no longer add my own milk to my tea - not a big deal. While I was trying to figure that out, Matt brought out my beverage PLUS a smaller cup about half full of milk/half-and-half so I could make my tea to my taste after all. Unfairly, I'm over the hill and don't expect a lot from most of the young people I encounter. Matt restored my faith in the next generation - that was above and beyond. Well done!

Employees were helpful and friendly in my ordering experience. My tall latte was not good. The milk was too hot and clearly on the scorched side, the latte was very bubbly and not smooth.
