Maybe train your employees consistently? Because I've been getting the same drink there for 2 years and today I pulled up and the batista said they're not allowed to make my drink (which just subs one thing for another) and said they'd "make an exception". Exception for what? They speak to you like your stupid and have no idea what you're talking about. Literally terrible. Was already thinking about not going g back byt that solidified it. Maybe believe your customers when they say they've gotten the drink before? Lost a $50 sale immediately.

First off I must say every single employee at this store has outstanding communication and customer service skills! Super polite,including everybody at Starbucks! the barista Abigail is outstanding,she is so happy and nice,makes you feel good when you leave!! It's almost like you're leaving a spa not an Albertsons. ☕ ? ☺️ ?

Starbucks what is this? This is definitely not what a vanilla sweet cream cold brew is supposed to look like. Went there just before noon on 2/23/22.
