Walked over to your store from my hotel in a layover. I get picketing but to angrily stop cars and patrons from going up to the door “Don’t Cross our Picket Line” is just childish. You chose to work at Starbucks, stop putting on the theatrical show. Walked next door to Brails and it was phenomenal… will go there in the future as they don’t have children working for them!

I know starbucks corporate is, um, struggling to find the right balance between oligarchic ceo pay and good customer experience. My experience at this store has been so consistently good that I really hope the employees are being well cared for. I was a walk-in for this visit, and was concerned that the long line at the drive-through was going to lead to a long wait for my coffee, but they seemed to be set up to take care of the walk-in customers with speed. And when I ask for my no-whip mocha, they do a great job of actually pressing the syrup pump properly, meaning there's enough chocolate. And they're friendly and helpful. I try to find ways to tuck this starbucks into the route to wherever I'm going.

Went inside to order thinking it would be faster than long line in drive thru. Wrong choice, drive thru was probably 2 to 3 times faster...the lobby took back seat and then others were served before us that had complex orders that were placed 2 or 3 folks after us. Once we received order to go (1 carmel frap with coffee and 1 carmel frap NO coffee) and drove off then took drink both had coffee! Far enough away and didn't want to wait in line again to get fixed plus had appointment to get to..gave up!! Didn't get to enjoy anything. Maybe Dutch Brothers has better customer service? This has happened several times over the past year or so and I do t fo very often because of these issues, so they may be batting 50% with my orders... frustrated customer!!!

The tables were a bit yucky but I don't usually order from Starbucks so when I needed help ordering what I wanted the guy at the register definitely stepped up! That's what really mattered to me is that my food and drink tasted good also I can understand sun around noon it can be busy after church let's out . Overall ...okay experience.

I created an online order and accidentally sent it to the wrong store. The barista was understanding and kind-remade my order at that location. I’ve always had great service-but that was amazing. I truly needed my coffee routine today.

Barista shorted my 12 oz latte. When I asked for additional milk she refused and it took a longer than necessary discussion with manager to resolve. Ended with them making another latte when all they need to do was add an ounce or 2 of steamed milk. I've been a regular there for months so this treatment was unexpected and petty on their part. They just lost a customer, lots of different coffee options.
I am a frequent customer and this is the first time I've been to this store. It's the only store where you have to buy something first to use the bathroom. Wow, what bad service.
Worst Starbucks ever. I go to the drive up occasionally, but when I want to go use the bathroom, they won't let you without a receipt. Last time I will ever go there again.

Never will I return to this location ever again! Shame on the store manager Rollan and the district manager for not following up on my complaint on Easter Sunday. Rollan was bias by her assumptions, actions, and execution of policy. Never have I been confronted and shooed away from any establishment in Eugene for not purchasing a drink immediately after my arrival. She accosted my Hispanic client and I in front of others. Back story: On Easter Sunday, I met with a prospective tenant and was waiting for his late arrival. I didn’t bother to buy a drink and hoped to buy drinks together. As he arrived late, we lost track of time and went into business as we finished exchanging our pleasantries. Then of a sudden, the manager interrupted and demanded us to buy a drink, since she’s been tracking our time. Her lack of decency was shocking and overbearing. She persisted after 10 minutes and accosted us to leave. I am a gold card holder and supported Starbucks for a decade al especially at the old location on 13th and alder. I will never return to this location ever again. Rollan is bias against unwanted customers. Shame on you!

The chai was very good/as is expected, but the table and chairs were sticky. The bathroom was... worse. No sheet on the back of the door for checks and initialing the maintenance tasks....
If Starbucks wants us to hang out again, maybe they make it a clean, comfy environment? #KISS

Its on the end of the strip with jimmy johns and the rivalry is palpable. The ladies working at Starbucks are far better looking women than the dudes at jimmy johns. I would definitely choose the coffee and coffee like liquids at Starbucks except on election days.The other 2 areas of comparison, while initially close, both went in jimmy johns favor after closer inspection. I'll save the most difficult for last , because i procrastinate. The sandwiches took alot of testing, time, and trips to the last of my metrics-The bathrooms. Originally bathrooms were neither rooms, nor was bathing invented: unless you were swimming in a lake and in the same way Starbucks has overtaken JJ with their sandwiches.
