I was in a down mood today and the girls working absolutely brightened my day! They were so positive, happy, laughing and helped me pick out drinks and food, they have all the alternative milks which is amazing, I forgot their names, but there was 2 girls with longer blonde hair, and a red head with medium length hair. I don’t usually make reviews but everything they did was outstanding and they deserve to be recognized for it! I found my new Starbucks. The staff in the whole store was helpful too! Will definitely be returning

The girl taking my order was very nice and polite and seemed new, her other co worker who came to shift showed up with a negative attitude, made me wait 10 minutes for her to make my drink so she could complain about something the girl taking my order did wrong. She was new so I didn’t hold it against her but her co worker was very unprofessional and rude about it

A man drank a cup of coffee at home. A man got into his car. A man drove through the divine, wet, cold streets of Eugene. A man arrived at a store. A man was in need of another cup of coffee. Therein lies the rub. One employee. A young, hard working, bold of heart woman with a smile and a welcome and barista skills. A man took his coffee with a thank you and went about a man's business.

Really like it. Have had good customer service experience here. Only drawback is being in another business. It's inside Albertsons. Opens 1 hour later than store by itself. 6 am instead of 5 am. Has a little bit less items. Still is really good though and also a plus at the same time if you want to shop while getting your coffee.

Why is it $20 to take my teen and her 2 friends to this place? Seems sort of silly at best, Yet, why not if the masses will come anyway? However, that will soon stop at Albertsons on West 18th St. as it employs an Emo girl (Emotional) whose main talent is glaring…Black Hair, Got the Glare, usually I don’t care…unless I’m spending $20+ for 4 coffees. It would be preferable if Ms. Emo could bother herself to turn her eyeliner and her frown (or at least shift into neutral) upside down when she serves our round .

Whoever the girl was with no name tag working today 7/12/22 about 5:40pm. She was extremely unprofessional, slamming stuff around after refusing to make blended drinks an hour and a half before closing time. Then did the same to the next customers.

Coffee is great when they are available, been there twice in the last 2 weeks, waited for about 15 to 20 mins no one showed up, had 2 different Albertson's employees tell me she was on her way back, waited another ten before I left. The person in front of me was still waiting when I left.

I missed her name but the barista this morning was super nice *edit* Alona is great!!!the most pleasant starbucks experience ive had she even asked to make sure i liked it :)

Alona was the barista today. She really did her absolute best to answer our questions about a drink and also made that drink really well. She suggested a modification, coconut milk instead of lemonade, to make the drink more suitable for a diabetic person. It was really thoughtful and I highly appreciated it. Thanks Alona!
