Went through the drive-through and ordered our usual. They managed to make a mistake on the Frappuccino and give the wrong size. They didn’t say sorry. Once. They offered to give a refund or just take and pay for the larger size. I decided to take the larger size, but they should have refunded me on their mistake. They then didn’t say anything and just left the window after they gave us our order. Pretty rude. Food is fine for overpriced warmed up sandwiches. Coffee is ok. I’m in a bad mood.

The people that work at this Starbucks are really nice. I don't ever feel like I am bothering them to make an order like at another Starbucks. These people actually seem excited to see everyone. It's really a nice change compared to a different Starbucks I go to where they are literally annoyed. The people that work there are just really friendly and they ask how you're doing...and I noticed they're friendly with everyone.

This particular Starbucks is so amazing. Manager Matthew is so welcoming and great with customers and especially with his staff. Which makes for a great atmosphere and experience. The staff are also so amazing. Kind, helpful and they make great drinks every time. There is ample seating. Very comfortable and more plugs and tables for laptops to get work done or just hang out. The manager and staff should be rewarded for being one of the best Starbucks I have experienced in a long time and I travel the country and go to Starbucks to work and relax pretty much daily. Thanks to everyone at this location for making my extended and return trips to Eugene so wonderful!!!!

I love this Starbucks location and how trans-friendly and inclusive it is. There’s a large LGBTQ+ ?️? flag on the wall. The baristas are lovely. Excellent customer service.

Good store. Well run. I’m a people watcher. You can catch Matt the GM doing a lot of the grunt work & cleaning that is above his pay grade which shows a lot of leadership. I approve of this store.

I was in there earlier today waiting for my order.. a gentleman came in who was having some kind of mental health crisis and asked staff to call for help.. they called right away and told the gentleman to have a seat and wait.. while waiting they provided him with something to drink and a food item. They showed xtreme compassion for this gentleman..

Continue reading for my past visit experiences.This is a union Starbucks- love it, great, fantastic.The staff is friendly and kind. They go out of their way to make sure I'm happy and my drink is good. It's hard to get the shaken espresso good from other Starbucks as the drink is rarely shaken enough now that it's so popular and takes time to make. They always make it right.Starbucks no longer has a comfy atmosphere inside like they did five years ago, no comfy couch chairs. But I like it inside here as well. The tables are cleaned regularly and I can often sit for a few hours to work- wifi is good and there are a few outlets.
Parking: Free lot with about fifteen spots that wraps around the building. I've never had issues finding a spot
