This location is usually okay but as of lately everytime I give a custom change to my drink (which is usually not anything crazy) this location always slacks. The customer service is always wonderful and the people are always so sweet, but when asking for light ice and to fill the rest of the way with oat milk looks like this. I’m a little annoyed. Literally at a loss of an 1in & 1/2 of drinkable substance. This is not the first time. But this particular time I’m finding myself extra annoyed. To top it off the drink HAS not one bit of sweetness. I don’t like my drinks overly sweet and this particular drink usually sit right where I like it. I’m extremely disappointed when haven given my order to such sweet workers to be given a drink that is not made to order by any means.

Went through the drive-through and ordered our usual. They managed to make a mistake on the Frappuccino and give the wrong size. They didn’t say sorry. Once. They offered to give a refund or just take and pay for the larger size. I decided to take the larger size, but they should have refunded me on their mistake. They then didn’t say anything and just left the window after they gave us our order. Pretty rude. Food is fine for overpriced warmed up sandwiches. Coffee is ok. I’m in a bad mood.

Starbucks is a favorite for reliably excellent coffee. Clean restrooms and a nice atmosphere.
The people that work at this Starbucks are really nice. I don't ever feel like I am bothering them to make an order like at another Starbucks. These people actually seem excited to see everyone. It's really a nice change compared to a different Starbucks I go to where they are literally annoyed. The people that work there are just really friendly and they ask how you're doing...and I noticed they're friendly with everyone.

This particular Starbucks is so amazing. Manager Matthew is so welcoming and great with customers and especially with his staff. Which makes for a great atmosphere and experience. The staff are also so amazing. Kind, helpful and they make great drinks every time. There is ample seating. Very comfortable and more plugs and tables for laptops to get work done or just hang out. The manager and staff should be rewarded for being one of the best Starbucks I have experienced in a long time and I travel the country and go to Starbucks to work and relax pretty much daily. Thanks to everyone at this location for making my extended and return trips to Eugene so wonderful!!!!
