I usually really love this place. I've been coming here regularly for two years now. The food is fantastic and the way you're able to customize everything is great. What I don't love is the fact that they aren't always open during their posted hours and that they'll accept online orders regardless.

Have been going to Subos since 2016. Food is always good. Originally, I went to Springfield, but they closed down a year ago, so I have been going to Willamette. Great customer service, ingredients always fresh. It's a bit pricey, which could have to do with the amount of ingredients they use. I am really bummed they stopped incorporating seaweed salad in their burittos and took it away as an option. The "field greens" detract from the sushi feel for me. I know...

Subo has the most amazing sushi burritos. I live in Southern Oregon, but always make it a point to stop when traveling to our through Eugene.Subo has a few locations and this was my first visit to this location. The food was the same as the others, but the restaurant itself was dirty.
