Since when do u not take coupons ?

I ordered online and the person who talk to me working there. Today was very rude and unprofessional when they answer the phone they said “Hey what’s up” I told them that I ordered online, but something went wrong with the order and my card was still charged and they asked me what I want them to do about it and I told them I didn’t know what I wanted them to do. I just didn’t understand what I had to do to get my money back and they said there was nothing they can do and they talk to me very disrespectfully. I will be making a complaint because this is not how you treat customers and I have been in the customer service industry for over three years Myself.

It was AWFUL. Hardly anything on the sub and they were SO rude. I’ve never experienced anything like the way they treated us!! Never will go the Willakenzie Subway again Also…they are not accepting coupons. It’s lousy.

Phoned in an order and went there to collect. Order had not been started. The two people working there had no interest whatsoever in their work. They did start working on my order which took them about 15 minutes to complete, much to the annoyance of customers who were having to wait. The two employees could not have worked any slower and gave a bad impression of a fast food outlet. Once my order was complete, it was just placed at the checkout, normally your name is called. Definitely no more going to that location.

Horrible. Dude got all my sauce on the outside of the sandwich. Wrong bread. Also even though they had no customers I had to wait almost 10 minutes at the drive thru to get help. This subway blows.

Never have i been to a subway who blocks the view of the sandwich and when I opened my sandwich I understood why. They are putting less into the sandwich. Looks pitiful barely any meat. Yall charge almost $20 for a sandwich and then put tiny servings. I will be sticking with jersey Mike's from here on out
