My daughter just ordered $27 of food through the app, then went to pick it up. The app said the food was ready, and she went there and they were not even open. There is a sign saying they have new hours, so it’s not like there was an emergency, they just didn’t fix the app. Now it says the food was picked up and it was never made. No one is answering the phone obviously cause no one is there. So they can just take people’s money and not provide food?

Bread was hard as a rock. Disgusting, seemed like 3 day old bread. Complete waste.
Only one guy there took over 20 minutes to get my food and the place is extremely dirty, whoever is running this place is a joke.

Subway has always been one of my favorite healthier fast food places to stop at and this one didn't disappoint me.
The small restaurant is right off I-5 so it's easily accessible, has ample parking, and is very well maintained.
It was just what I'd expect for a Subway which is great service, great selection, and great quality.
I'd definitely recommend it for a consistently perfect meal.

So disgusting. All subways. the meat has sooo many preservatives, the veggies are mostly gross, and no gf buns. They could have done a healthy overhaul but instead doubled down on the gross

The server was nice and friendly but that was it. I order two of the sub series subs and they barley had anything in them. One was a hotshot Italiano with lettuce, tomatoes, extra onions and extra pickles and parmesan but it was more bread than anything else. $11.99 for a footling with nothing in it.

Garbage. Almost no meat. They forgot cheese. When I picked it up it was like picking up a rolled up piece of paper. Weighed almost nothing. Ate a whole footlong and was still hungry at work and I only weigh 150 pounds. I'll Never waste my time again.

One woman working alone.the other walked out when 8 people in line. Messy sandwich, dripped immediately and was not Subway good. Can’t go here again.

Food was okay. Never had problems at this location before, but today was odd. Immediately coming into the store, the majority of the lights were off, other than a few light in the front of the store by the door, making it appear as thought they weren’t open. There were two women working, they seemed rushed and flustered. The line became quite long, and we had a wait which was fine, until a man entered the store & one of the women stepped away to kiss this man and then he left. I found this quite unprofessional and odd, as there was about 8 people in the store waiting to be helped & she found it appropriate to step away from working to kiss her boyfriend. Odd. Then, when we started to get our food, they seemed quite frantic to catch up and couldn’t juggle our order and the person in front of us. They also didn’t shut my sandwich when finishing it, leaving it like a taco. When I got home to eat my sandwich, there was a banana pepper with a HARD stem in my sandwich and well as steak mixed in with my chicken. My husband and I both also got our sandwiches toasted. They toasted them together leaving them both barely warm & my veggies on my sandwich were borderline freezing, so this was weird texture combination with the chewy bread from being partially toasted and the very cold vegetables. This store seems like it needs more training or more workers that can work cohesively together. Very very weird experience and I honestly will be apprehensive on coming back.

I'm a regular here the last 3 times I've gone the dudes behind the counter are clearly annoyed that your there... Place has gone down hill hard the last 2 months or so..

Horrible experience with the untrained staff making a sandwich wrong, then having an attitude problem about it when I pointed out the mistake. What makes the situation worse is the manager Cassandra does not care if a customer is satisfied or not and offered no resolution to my complaint. Horrible service from the bottom all the way up to the top. Obviously a culture in this restaurant that does not put the customer first.

Can’t read to save their lives. I just ordered from there on the app and had special instructions and they didn’t read it obviously. Hire literate people.
