I had an online order and showed up when the app said. I then waited in the store for 30 minutes for the order to be completed, 4 sandwiches.

Took 2 employees about 35 minutes to make our sandwiches with about 6 people behind us waiting to order. The girl working with brown hair and snakebites kept using the register with gloves on then going to make food, I had to ask her to change her gloves before touching my sandwich, and the next person in line (my niece) had to ask her to change hers as well for the same thing! There are flies everywhere and all the food looks like it isn't kept up to temperature its brown and wilted. We will not be returning, and id be careful eating here. Someone is going to get sick.

My husband and our 3 kids came in we all got sandwiches, the nachos a few ft long cookies. Gina, Customer service is amazing She is kind to our kids she's respectful makes super great sammies Always has a smile She has great energy! Her crew is great keep it up 💪 kelly Anderson and Family! 👍

Went in to the Subway in Santa Clara, Eugene, OR store a couple weeks ago. There was a woman, Gina, working, with tank top on (which I think is gross in a restaurant). She was so rude & disrespectful. The other woman working was trying hard to make up for Gina's rudeness. I felt sorry for her. Gina insisted I name the sandwich I wanted of the menu. I didn't want exactly the sandwich off the menu, but she insisted. Every time I answered what I wanted in my sandwich, she'd make me repeat it at least twice, saying she couldn't hear me. There was no question about her hearing my request. She just wanted to make me say it again. If i had more time I would have just left. There are some gentlemen that work in there that have always been great! They apologized profusely for my previous experience. If she's there again I'll ask to have someone else make my sandwich or leave.

My daughter just ordered $27 of food through the app, then went to pick it up. The app said the food was ready, and she went there and they were not even open. There is a sign saying they have new hours, so it’s not like there was an emergency, they just didn’t fix the app. Now it says the food was picked up and it was never made. No one is answering the phone obviously cause no one is there. So they can just take people’s money and not provide food?

Subway has always been one of my favorite healthier fast food places to stop at and this one didn't disappoint me. The small restaurant is right off I-5 so it's easily accessible, has ample parking, and is very well maintained. It was just what I'd expect for a Subway which is great service, great selection, and great quality. I'd definitely recommend it for a consistently perfect meal. Charlene~
So disgusting. All subways. the meat has sooo many preservatives, the veggies are mostly gross, and no gf buns. They could have done a healthy overhaul but instead doubled down on the gross

The server was nice and friendly but that was it. I order two of the sub series subs and they barley had anything in them. One was a hotshot Italiano with lettuce, tomatoes, extra onions and extra pickles and parmesan but it was more bread than anything else. $11.99 for a footling with nothing in it.

Garbage. Almost no meat. They forgot cheese. When I picked it up it was like picking up a rolled up piece of paper. Weighed almost nothing. Ate a whole footlong and was still hungry at work and I only weigh 150 pounds. I'll Never waste my time again.
