Horrible experience with the untrained staff making a sandwich wrong, then having an attitude problem about it when I pointed out the mistake. What makes the situation worse is the manager Cassandra does not care if a customer is satisfied or not and offered no resolution to my complaint. Horrible service from the bottom all the way up to the top. Obviously a culture in this restaurant that does not put the customer first.

The flavor of the sandwich was tasty, but the portion size of the Philly steak was small. And frankly the price of the subs are far too expensive for what you receive.The service was okay, but not particularly friendly or efficient and the three tables could not in my opinion be called atmosphere.

I was in at 11:45 today with my 4yr old and while we were in line there was a grown man getting up and sticking his head in the garbage to vomit. Multiple times he got up, walked passed us and threw up in the lobby.. Ive never been more appalled or disgusted by a food place, ever. If i was not already ordering my sandwich I would have left.

I called and a very unhelpful girl answered, told me she wouldn’t take my order over the phone because “we are too busy for that”. She said I could use the app, but I don’t want the app. I went to the website to order and it was down. I explained to her that I had tried to use the website and it isn’t working and she said “I am sorry” and wouldn’t help me. Spent my 50 dollars somewhere else.

There was a guy working tonight and I tried to order 9 subs but he said he could not take that big of an order without 2 hours notice. There was no one else in line so he had plenty of time to do it. So then I reduced my order to 3 and he started to cut the bread. I made a comment about no customers in line and I felt like he did not want my business so he stopped and refused to make my sandwiches and stormed into the back room. No customers in line so he had plenty of time to make sandwiches. Guess he wanted a break. So I left, called in my order to another location and they were ready within 20 minutes., no hassle. I would recommend avoiding Santa Clara subway. I will never go back.

Have been out of roast beef for two weeks and refuse to substitute other meat for subs they advertise for. Staff is rude. I don't recommend the subway on barger drive and empire either.Parking: Terrible parking both locations

AWESOME Customer Service! I was having difficulty with the app. I left my glasses at home (couldn't read the small print) and when I asked for assistance, Rylie (hope I spelled that correctly) came to my rescue immediately, with a smile! She helped me way beyond the call; was knowledgeable, patient, kind and understanding.On top of that, all three of our sandwiches were 10's, and made perfectly. We will definitely add this Subway to our places of preference.Many thanks. Mucho kudos, Rylie.

Very rude employees today. Didn’t put bacon or cheese on our chicken (bacon) ranches. Didn’t heat the chicken or toast the bread as requested. 10/10 do not recommend anyone waste their time or money here.

They didn't have no tables to sit down there is that they're remodeling and I didn't like every time that you wanted something like a popcookie they added it to the price and they did not have meal deal like they used

I love who works here right now, they legit sandwich artists lol . I've been coming in here a lot lately because of the coupons but also the quality seems to be really decent at this location.
