Placed an order through the app and received updates saying my food was ready at 9:25pm. When I arrived, no one would answer at the menu (this has happened multiple times) or the window. After calling a few times, someone answers stating that they closed at 9pm and hadn't received any orders. Both Google and the store hours on the window say 10pm. Also, how was the app updating my order? I was told to get a refund through the app but that doesn't seem to be true.

I put an order in that was supposed to be ready at 12:10. I didn't show up until 12:25 and it still wasn't ready. I waited at the window until 12:47 when I finally got my order. 37 minutes late is unacceptable. Plus, the sandwiches tasted like straight vinegar. Do yall even attempt to drain the banana peppers?? This place is deserving of 0 stars.

Worst Subway Restaurant I have ever been. The bathrooms did not have any toilet papers nor paper towels nor soap to wash hands. The tables were dirty. They were out of napkins. The service is terrible.

Came in for a basic double meat turkey, no problem. The young female worker was very nice and did a great job. The only issue with the place is 2 employees were in the corner on break I guess. One of them was holding a dog, a young puppy. Don't get me wrong, I like puppies as much as the next guy But in a food establishment, having the dog all over you, it just seemed very much distasteful. Wasn't a very good look as it just screamed unprofessional and dirty.

Wanted a Turkey and thought I would use this Subway. Area was so dark couldn't find entrance, drive thru dark so went around to first lit window, finally I was told to order at the order menu which was completely dark, no light on it or around it at all. Then I was told to pull forward to delivery window, again not one iota of light to show location. Will not use again, even in daylight

Customer service is horrible here. Yesterday I came in just too wait 3 minutes at the intercom in the drive thru to be told there is no pepperoni. Today I came in and wait 5 minutes at the intercom before even being helped. Mind you only a couple people were in the lobby.

Ok, so... where to begin? When your restaurant is fully infested with fruit flies? Maybe you should spend a day or two cleaning.. not to mention.. the employee (eating an olive) during the process of making our sandwiches. Didn't change gloves between orders or after eating the olive. Was totally grossed out. Ate half our sandwiches and left. If your doing subway? DONT DO THIS ONE!!
I will never be back to this Subway. I ordered a sandwich with double meat, but this is not double meat. This place has gone downhill with the new staff.

I will post this as kindly as I can. I have never in my life been made to feel like I was such an inconvenience as I experienced tonight. I had a coupon for 2 sandwiches. I asked for the first sandwich and it was not honored because it was too new. Ok I can understand that. Some had him make me a similar sandwich that was honored. When he put the steak on I couldn't see that or the cheese selection because of frosted glass. The sandwich was skimpy as I have ever seen. The weight of said sandwich was 12.7 ounces. The average footling weighs between 1 to 1 1/2 pounds. 16 ounces in a pound? Do the math. Skimpy as all hell. Asked for parmesean cheese. He used so little I couldn't even see it coming out of the shaker. The second sandwich my main gripe was I asked for olives and they were out. No olives anywhere. It was an hour and a half before closing and you're telling me you have no more olives any where? I was never asked about any sauces or other spices. Very impersonal bland and the most careless attitude I have ever experienced. Simply terrible. Other subways have been great. But this one was horrible on this night. With this employee working. Will not go back.

Sandwiches made perfectly. I gave him another chance I went to months ago and I got the worst sandwich. It was so little there was hardly anything on the bread and I decided to give this one a chance again and the sandwich was delicious. Thank you very much.!!
