A majority of the workers there are very nice. There was a lady with red hair that had lots of energy that made my day a bit better. This location never fails me give y’all’s employees a raise!

A big shoutout to Ashley, who helped me today with such friendliness and attentiveness. She was quick and turned my bad day around—I felt like garbage, but after her service, my day got so much better. She’s truly a gem, and I hope the right person sees this. Went there on 06/04/2025 @ 6:20pm PST. There was no one at the drive through for 15min. No greeting or anything. Just shut this location down.

I witnessed an odd interaction between the three coworkers today at 1:30pm on 5/20/25. Two of them were very helpful while the third just completely ignored them when they were talking to her and walked out and left them to pick up her slack. It was very unprofessional and rude. My daughter and I were still there later when she came back into the store staring at her phone continuing to completely ignore her coworkers and the customers in the store. It’s clear that some places just hire people because they are a warm body. Maybe it is their first job maybe they saw potential in the hire. It’s disappointing however when it is obvious that this is the normal attitude of the that person. Managers are suppose to provide leadership and guidance. Clearly this store needs to evaluate the leadership structure. They need to teach them how to train their warm bodies to you know provide customer service, inspire compliance, and be considerate of their coworkers. I mean if she is that openly rude to her coworkers in front of the customers can you imagine when no one is around to witness it? This is an example of someone making your job a toxic work environment. Do something!

Waited in drive through for over 8 minutes. Finally drove up to park and go inside. One person ahead of me, and a few people seated. Had mentioned about the drive through and they responded we where busy helping customers. There was 4 employees only one standing behind the counter to make sandwiches, who told me he was new only his second day. After ordering and everything I was notified that the toaster was broken, so they didn't toast my sandwiches. The vegetables looked slimy and disgusting. Not a portionable side of veggies on sub. Left unsatisfied and disappointed in subways ability to make good food. Will not be coming back.

their vegetables always look so gross and soggy, never once seen a fresh veggie at this subway. not only that but they’re also severely understaffed and manager only schedules one person to work closing shifts (very unsafe btw), so they close the store early almost every night. i know that each subway is independently owned so whoever owns/ manages this one, DO BETTER.

Placed an order through the app and received updates saying my food was ready at 9:25pm. When I arrived, no one would answer at the menu (this has happened multiple times) or the window. After calling a few times, someone answers stating that they closed at 9pm and hadn't received any orders. Both Google and the store hours on the window say 10pm. Also, how was the app updating my order? I was told to get a refund through the app but that doesn't seem to be true.

I put an order in that was supposed to be ready at 12:10. I didn't show up until 12:25 and it still wasn't ready. I waited at the window until 12:47 when I finally got my order. 37 minutes late is unacceptable. Plus, the sandwiches tasted like straight vinegar. Do yall even attempt to drain the banana peppers?? This place is deserving of 0 stars.

Worst Subway Restaurant I have ever been. The bathrooms did not have any toilet papers nor paper towels nor soap to wash hands. The tables were dirty. They were out of napkins. The service is terrible.

Best Sub Way by far
Came in for a basic double meat turkey, no problem. The young female worker was very nice and did a great job. The only issue with the place is 2 employees were in the corner on break I guess. One of them was holding a dog, a young puppy. Don't get me wrong, I like puppies as much as the next guy But in a food establishment, having the dog all over you, it just seemed very much distasteful. Wasn't a very good look as it just screamed unprofessional and dirty.
