I got my friend a foot long meatball sub and paid only a dollar more.

Felt like I was kinda ripped off. Food was good though, I will be back.

The details are that I spent $21 and they wouldn’t take a $50 bill. They didn’t tell me until I was paying. I was very rude about it because that is the only way I wanted to pay. My thing is if you are not taking $50 bills then post it at the door and the cash register. Be smart about it instead of being stupid.

The lady behind the counter was so high that my husband couldn't wait to get out of there. The sandwich was not eaten and the money was totally wasted. He says he would have even made a scene if I hadn't been with him. Now I wish he had because he is pretty upset. We have been going there for 15 years and there has never been someone so high that it was so disgusting that we threw the sandwich away. She was gross. Now he's still hungry and angry. We were so hungry, but not that hungry. He's so disgusted that we won't go back again, maybe to talk to a manager. Unfortunately we were so ready to get out of there that we said we didn't want our receipt. Now we can't make an online complaint without it.

Have gone to drive through 2 times recently. Never acknowledged us both times. Had to call for them to even take our order while sitting in drive through. Will only sell 3 sandwiches at a time in drive through no matter how late it is. Used to be a good store until they did renovations. Service is the worst now of any fast food place I have ever been. FYI there are 4 people in our family. We have to pick who doesn't get food.

Stopped at this Subway to use the restroom and they actually let me! I was so happy that restaurants can still tell the difference between someone who is acting out of the ordinary and someone who genuinely needs to relieve themselves of their urine in a safe and secure facility. Thank you Subway employee for treating me with dignity and respect.

This must be the worst Subway in existence. Waited about 8 mins at the drive-thru to place my order... and there was NOBODY in front of me. Order taker was about as enthusiastic as a dental patient about to get a cavity filled. Then I get my sandwich home... it's a hot sub (meatball, "The Boss") and it's... wait for it... COLD. They also left off the cheese and it was NOT toasted (which I had asked for). But then! They overcharged me... Sandwich was $8.69. My AMEX card app always alerts me of any charge... and this one comes up as $9.99. I ask the window guy about it and he says "you tipped $1.30." Except I did not. When paying with a card, they hand you this nasty crusted card scanner which I had no interest in handling any longer than absolutely necessary. Seriously it was just gross. Sometimes I will throw a buck in the tip jar if the service is really good. The service here was NOT really good... So I put my card in the slot, didn't touch anything on the card scanner and then removed my card when it beeped and said "Remove Card." The window guy said he would have to get the manager to reverse it. Given my already inordinate time investment in this transaction, I decided to let it slide. But if you patronize this Subway, my recommendation is to make sure you GET A RECEIPT and check it carefully. I am not accusing them of anything, just relating my experience. Very possible it's a glitch in their system? Anyway, I'd avoid this Subway if you can - I've been in a few times before and it seems like it's not always as clean as it could be, the service is slow, and the employees seem totally unmotivated. I'm not expecting Michelin-level service at Subway, but at least a minimum effort would be appreciated. Needless to say, this was my last visit. I won't be coming back. And honestly, this reflects poorly on the Subway brand. The number of consistently bad reviews over several years should indicate to Subway corporate that something is just not right here. That Subway would allow such a poorly-run franchise to continue operating is surprising. DO BETTER, SUBWAY. 🤦‍♂️

A majority of the workers there are very nice. There was a lady with red hair that had lots of energy that made my day a bit better. This location never fails me give y’all’s employees a raise!
