The Subway mentioned in the complaint clearly demonstrates a lack of consideration for customer satisfaction and a failure to meet the basic expectations of a restaurant. This is further evidenced by the repetitive experience described, where multiple attempts to place an order resulted in the inability to get the requested items. The fact that the restaurant has not made any efforts to improve its supply chain or ensure that it is adequately stocked is a clear display of incompetence and ignorance towards the needs of its patrons. It is extremely disappointing to see such a significant lack of concern for customer satisfaction, and I would strongly recommend avoiding this Subway at all costs.

Buy a new drive thru speaker already you cheap loser... Half the issues with orders and half of these bad reviews would be gone if you just put a better speaker in. I can barely hear them and they can barely here my order and I'm constantly asked to repeat myself over and over and over again... You guys mess up my sandwich/order EVERY TIME I GO. Unacceptable, especially when I see ZERO progress towards fixing the issues. My recommendation? Drive to another subway and order there because these guys don't care

Terrible experience. I ordered doordash, my sandwich was made wrong, they put the extra meat, onto the meatless sandwich I ordered. It wasn't toasted like I selected. Not only that half of it was missing when it got here. No monster, no cookies. My dasher went back for me, with the receipt, I still don't get my monster because they "don't do energy drinks" I've gotten one before from this location. The six cookies I got thankfully, except they aren't the cookies I ordered. They had my receipt. I don't know how you mess up THIS much. Never ordering here again, and if you want to be disappointed, go ahead and order. This isn't my first disappointment here. But its definitely the last. Waste of money.
Newer place. Very clean inside. Friendly staff. Going to the drive-thru can be kind of a pain depending on what time of day. it'sis located on the corner lots of traffic. Hard to communicate through the speaker system.

Since the new owners there is a lot of turnover. New trainees all the time. There is this one guy, Tomaus, is so personable and makes a well wrapped sandwich. He doesn't work a lot some weeks. It seems that when staff make a mistake, they get fewer hours, even when they don't know what they did wrong. Poor management. Maybe if they change the management and had someone who trained and encouraged instead of punished, they could keep employees.
