Absolutely love the Honey Mustard Chicken wrap! I like to add jalapenos to it for a little kick. The service is good, the food is fast and good, prices are standard Subway prices... can't really go wrong.

The poor lonely worker on a Saturday was completely overwhelmed with two customers and in a particularly bad mood he also chastised his customers for using coupons and told them he had a special term that doesn’t go along with the coupons he says he only offers a coupon for breakfast and his build your own menu. I felt incredibly bad for the customers ahead of me as this man was clearly not happy to have business I am literally taking stars away as I watch them order and super tempted to go somewhere else however I’m short on time so we’ll see how he handles me… so worst food experience ever I wait for him to serve that one customer for at least 10 mins probably closer to 20 and then he looks me directly in the face and says “just so you know there are 2 sandwiches ahead of you” mind you I walked right in behind the customer ahead of me and he says the order was there before you … I was appalled and told him sorry he is alone but that is incredibly horrible service not to mention he had 20 mins to tell me about those sandwiches is it was true… I would give zero stars if that was an option.

Worst experience I’ve had. I have been going here almost weekly for years since I work in the area. Usually food is pretty good and service is decent. The young lady working 12/16 with dark brown hair had the worst customer service I’ve encountered. The gentleman in front of me asked for a basket as he was going to eat part of his sandwich there and part to go. She rolled her eyes and looked extremely annoyed. Then she walked up to me to take my order. I ordered a salad. She did not use the mixing bowl and just put the meat on the bottom then the lettuce and just drizzled the ranch on top. I asked her if I could get it mixed up. She stared at me and said “well I already put every thing in there” and I said I’m sorry. She got a bowl- set it down and then rolled her eyes. I stepped back and let her know that’s as very unprofessional and left. Due to this interaction you lost a loyal customer.

This location claims to not carry gluten free bread, but I think the employee just didn’t want to change her gloves and clean the counter. Really disappointing when on lunch break.
Lisa and I were in Eugene and after our Oxygen therapy we are always hungry, we had coupons for a footlong

Took my step son to eat there before our movie and got both sandwiches and the bread was soggy and not made properly never again will I go back to that subway
