Worst experience I’ve had. I have been going here almost weekly for years since I work in the area. Usually food is pretty good and service is decent. The young lady working 12/16 with dark brown hair had the worst customer service I’ve encountered. The gentleman in front of me asked for a basket as he was going to eat part of his sandwich there and part to go. She rolled her eyes and looked extremely annoyed. Then she walked up to me to take my order. I ordered a salad. She did not use the mixing bowl and just put the meat on the bottom then the lettuce and just drizzled the ranch on top. I asked her if I could get it mixed up. She stared at me and said “well I already put every thing in there” and I said I’m sorry. She got a bowl- set it down and then rolled her eyes. I stepped back and let her know that’s as very unprofessional and left. Due to this interaction you lost a loyal customer.

This location claims to not carry gluten free bread, but I think the employee just didn’t want to change her gloves and clean the counter. Really disappointing when on lunch break.Dietary restrictions: Not gluten free friendly

Took my step son to eat there before our movie and got both sandwiches and the bread was soggy and not made properly never again will I go back to that subway

Laura was fantastic! I ordered a cold cut trio on Italian Herb & cheese. All of the veggies were fresh. She made the sandwich with care. Which is a big deal these days. Once the sandwich was made, she showed it to me and asked if everything looks the way I want it before folding it and wrapping it. Definitely the best Subway in Eugene if not Ll of Oregon. Great Job.P.S. The sandwich was as fresh as it looked, and tasted delicious!

This location of subway hires people that don't know what they're doing. I was charged the wrong price for my order, to be exact I was charged twice. Instead of admitting their mistake they argued with me and eventually had to get the owner on the phone because they couldn't figure out how to give me a refund. Despite the fact that I showed on my bank account that I was charged twice they argued with me on the phone and called me a liar. Once you start arguing with the customer they are no longer your customer. Eventually since they couldn't figure out how to give me a refund the person who made the mistake in the first place refunded me out of the tip jar. It was something but too little too late. Why can't they hire people that are smart enough to figure out how to give you a refund when they mess up? Why would I return to this location after how I was treated?

The sandwich was pretty good (I got my usual 6 inch BLT with chips and a Diet Coke) however later, I wasn't feeling so great and thought that there was something in the lettuce that may have been a little off. This happened a week ago at another restaurant in the same area as well.
