Absolutely boof. Was very excited for my sandwich, but it tastes like straight trash. Just raised the price too. How you expect me to pay 10 bucks for a terrible sandwich. Gross. Chipotle has never let me down, shoulda gone there instead of this dog.

We have the worst customer service. We came in with a basketball team, and they refused to serve us. They had no other customers but said our group was too

Bad atmosphere with staff shouting at each other. Had to shout my order across 4 people because ordering was moving too fast. Had to pre-order all by salad items for the sandwich, which there server just pilled up on the counter. Sandwhich wasn't properly wrapped and fell apart when I picked it up. Worst atmosphere and service I've ever experienced.

The two people working today were gracious in the extreme. Kind, professional, on the ball, and helpful. My sandwich, the 4, could not have been made better. I watched Sandwich Pro 100 make several sandwiches before it was my turn. Everyone's sandwiches looked delicious and were made with care and put together quickly. I don't care who owns this place the two people who were there when I was there early this afternoon deserve raises and promotions. Two thumbs up with a bullet. Rock on. Go for it. I do recommended this particular location. Yes.
this is a franchise owned store and said owner has the balls to have opted the location out from every subway coupon promotion and special. This is especially annoying as they do not declare this anywhere in store and very misleading considering that their are bimonthly coupons sent to many apartments near campus and the dorms.its also not like said deals and coupons were the only thing that made the food at all worth it (hint they were).

Great place
The sandwich artisan was slower than a slug, they didn't listen to the order, they ran out of bread, there was only one person working behind the counter. So in all, a pretty poor choice for lunch.
Terrible service. Only one person working.
This was my brisket sandwhich with nothing but meat and mayo on toasted bread.

I used to work here, wouldnt eat there again. just gonna leave it at that
Really depends on who is there as to whether or not youll get good service. Im not a subway worker so i guess i wouldnt know but im assuming a six inch should be exactly half of a foot long so im not sure why im getting two slices of ham when i should be getting four. Also there is wicked cross comtamination. Like hella sauces end up on my sauceless sandwich. I just want my right amount of ham.
A good place for a cheap meal. Get there before the lunch surge though as the line can be long.
Great deals. (look for 5$ footlong deals)
