Stopped by between 8:00 p.m. to 8:10 p.m. on Thursday, February 27th, 2025. I wanted to pick up a sandwich for my lunch for work the next day. The girl that was cleaning the counter told me she was on break and could not help me. Why is she cleaning the counter if she's on break? Apparently there were no other employees. Anyway, I left and went to Panda Express instead. I will not be going back to that Subway again. Very, very poor service. Why are they open if shes on break? This is inside a mall.

I left somewhat appalled after the woman making my sandwich used her gloved hand to hand somebody their forgotten, very dirty backpack, then proceeded to go back to making my sandwich with the same gloved hand. I beg the manager to please go over cleanliness with their employees. Not only this, the employee wasn’t very nice throughout the entire experience. Subway was my first job, and I know they can do better.

So slow it’s painful to even wait in line… no one greets you, no one says sorry for the wait… it’s not worth even considering eating there… management, you need to train your team on customer service.

Ordered online and they COMPLETELY screwed it up. Took toppings from one sandwich and put it on the other, then took sauces from one and put that on the wrong sandwich and didn't bother to add ANY sauce to the second one. How do you screw up SO BADLY with it WRITTEN IN FRONT OF YOU?

Went in and got my child and me a sandwich. Accused me I had a fake 20 which it wasn’t I of course paid another way so we could eat went to the bank and said it wasn’t fake . Won’t be getting subway from here anymore since i got accused.
