Best bakery in Eugene! If you're looking for a chill environment with incredibly friendly staff and great food/coffee, this is the place!

Food is great but this place never seems to be open when advertised.

Everything tasted so fresh and well made. The biscuits are amazing and the gravy tastes real and so yummy. The Jewel biscuit is amazing too. Atmosphere was chill and there was a cute espresso machine toy for young kids to play with! That gave me a smile ?

Delicious food, coffee, and baked goods! I tried the GCE poutine sandwich, and it was delicious! My 4yo had hot chocolate and coffee cake - her only complaint was the lack of marshmallows in her drink ?

Great biscuits. You can have them with butter and homemade jam, or as part of a more substantial breakfast. Delicious. Great service. Nice folks.

My family and I stopped by for breakfast because my daughter had a soccer tournament. In one word, it's delicious! As mentioned in other reviews, Jewel in particular had soft-boiled eggs, which are rare in America, and they were very delicious. The kitchen staff also spoke Japanese and we had a great time. Thank you!

I'm so stoked this place exists. I love the breakfast biscuit sandwiches ! Havarti ? Pepper jam ? Yes ! The baked goods are fire ! My coffee drinks have been delicious every time ! I'll be coming back cuz it's close to my house !!! Can't wait for more honeybuns & yum ! Definitely try this spot !

Went for Biscuits and Gravy. They have GREAT coffee. The ambience is very nice for a grab and go type of place. The menu is nice. BUT! The biscuits and gravy were wonderful. Fluffy, hot and smooth gravy with hunks of sausage. Could have lingered all day with my friends over coffee... but I'm not that kind of guy. When I see the tables need to be turned, I eat and go. And the fact that they were BUSY speaks volume. Sorry to have missed the pictures.

Great spot close to I-5! If you're on a road trip, skip the Starbucks and stop off at this little gem that carries organic juices, great coffee, and snacks. Highly recommend.

Egg salad sandwiches are not on every menu in town, but they hold an honored place at Southpine Bakery and are called a "Smasher". Generally served open faced, it is an indication of the high quality service at Southpine, that they quickly turn it into a sandwich for me. It is always fresh and a little bit spicy and they serve enough egg salad for 2 sandwiches! Their bakery items are irresistible, their coffee hot and delicious. Ample seating in their generously windowed shop, but if you catch a sunny day, there's a patio out back. Worth the drive NE of Costco

It's very cold in here . They won't close the front doors They eye balled us when we stayed and visited , they wanted us to move on Food was good though

It’s 28 degrees outside and the door is open. The owner who was previously rude and clearly only thinks of herself says,”we have had it open for 4 years it keeps us well”. Well it makes the rest of us not well. Sadly this was my go to place but enough is enough.

Coffee was OK. Food was nothing special. It was all overpriced. I ordered a GF biscuit and was served a $6 piece of toast. Not sure what went wrong?
